Maintenance Supervisor

With over 30 years of hands-on experience in a variety of industries, he offers a well-rounded and practical approach to property care and client service.  Prior to joining FLPP, Ryan spent six years as a Maintenance Supervisor and one year as a Property Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations. He also draws from two decades in excavation work, supported by his certification through Dig Safe NY, and has owned and operated his own construction business. His extensive qualifications include certifications as a Certified Pool Operator (CPO), Lead Renovator through the EPA, and a licensed New York State Home Inspector.

In addition to his professional experience, Ryan has served his community as a dedicated fireman for nearly 30 years and spent eight years as a leader with the Boy Scouts. His commitment to safety, integrity, and leadership is reflected in every project he undertakes.  When he's not managing properties or supporting his team, Ryan enjoys spending time outdoors—especially hiking and camping in the Finger Lakes region he calls home.
