Why do our employees love working at Finger Lakes Premier Properties? Let them tell you...
"When you work at FLPP, you don’t work with just co-workers. You work with family. You show up because of them. Your days are better because of them. Problem solving is easier because of them and celebrating is more fun because of them."
- Elizabeth Schneider, Owner Services Representative
"I love that the team I am part of is goal-driven. We analyze as much data possible to make educated decisions on how to reach our goals. It’s a compelling feeling knowing that everyone is working hard and if you don’t hold up your end of the bargain it could very well cause everyone's hard work to fall through. When you crush a team goal together, well, that’s the greatest feeling you will ever have!"
- Emily White, Marketing Coordinator
"In 2016 I moved to the Finger Lakes area and within a month I applied and was hired as a housekeeper for Finger Lakes Premier Properties. I quickly fell in love with the area as well as the job. Not only did I get the opportunity to spend time around the gorgeous lakes but I also enjoyed making sure anyone who stayed with us had an enjoyable experience with all the comforts of home as well as the convenience and hospitality of hotel services. The following season I was hired as a Zone Leader allowing me to provide the same experience for an even larger area. I'm looking forward to continuing my career with Premier Properties as the company expands and grows."
- Heather Granger, Zone Leader
"I have had the pleasure of working with Finger Lakes Premier Properties since 2007 whether in the hotel or vacation rental capacity. My favorite thing about working here is the relationships you build with your customers and colleagues. Even though it is a small company you are able to make huge impacts on your customers, owners, and community with what you do and that is so rewarding. Having the opportunity to always learn something new and advance from within has helped contribute to my personal and professional growth, for that I am grateful and will continue to love working here!"
- Jordanne Hillman, Reservation Sales Supervisor
"In 2013 I returned to Upstate NY with my daughter and fiancé in order to be close to my family. I started working with Finger Lakes Premier Property that summer as a housekeeper picking up a few hours in the laundry department. The following year I chose not to return to housekeeping and devote all my hours to the laundry department. As we grew as a company FLPP found the need for a dedicated laundry supervisor and I was fortunate to be accepted for the job. Over the last few years with Premier I have seen such a dramatic improvement in communication, task management, and employee relations. I couldn’t ask for a more supportive employer and am excited to see what the future holds."
- Rebecca Devine, Laundry & Supply Supervisor
