Escape to the Finger Lakes and enjoy everything a luxury vacation rental should be when you stay at Hamilton Lake House!  Inside, log cabin beams and knotty pine are perfectly intertwined with comfortable and contemporary decor.  Outside, exceptional Seneca Lake views are sure to take your breath away!

Hamilton Lake House is perched on the eastern hillside of Seneca Lake, just minutes from the City of Geneva.  Inside, there is ample space for your friends and family members to spread out comfortably.  Your crew is sure to be “wowed” by the craftsmanship of the log beams throughout the living space.

Inside the great room, the dining space encompasses a corner nook with oversized leather chairs and custom built stone fireplace.  The galley kitchen is just to the side of the dining area.  Find the kitchen stocked with ample cooking and eating ware.  The Geneva Farmers Market is every Saturday from May – October.  Stop in and grab some local produce to give your meal time an extra special taste of the Finger Lakes!

Just off the dining area, a cozy living room with large sectional sofa and lake view is yours to enjoy.  Watch a movie or plan your itinerary for the next day!  French doors lead the way to the lakeside deck where Adirondack style chairs are set.  Enjoy a morning cup of coffee, or soak up the vibrant colors at sunset with a glass of Finger Lakes wine or pint of local craft beer.

Throughout the house, four bedrooms can be found.  Each room has been personalized and decorated with your comfort in mind.

Outside, a paver patio with firepit and Adirondack style seating overlooks the lake.  Enjoy an evening fire in the pit and see who can roast the perfect marshmallow!

At the lakefront, 100 foot of lake front is yours to enjoy during your stay!  Find shells and pretty pebbles on the shoreline, bring a ball to play catch, sunbathe on the dock and soak up all lake living has to offer while at Hamilton Lake House.

Nearby attractions are plenty!  A short drive to Hobart or William Smith College will have you enjoying parents’ weekend, graduation or alumni weekend.  An abundance of wineries are minutes away.  Have a glass of wine while sitting on the deck at Ventosa Vineyards, or get a Wine Tasting Passport at 3 Brothers and choose from three wineries and a brewery!  A 10-minute drive will have you walking the streets of downtown Geneva.  Be sure to visit Linden Street for their beautiful hand painted murals.  The Linden Social Club and FLX Table offer delightful dishes for a refined palate.  For more casual dining, enjoy lunch or dinner at Twisted Rail Brewing, Eddie O’Brien’s or Parker’s Grill and Tap House.  On a warm sunny day, pack a picnic lunch or grab a sub from locally famous Wegman’s and enjoy the splash park at the Seneca Lake State Park.  Whatever your interests, Hamilton Lake House makes a great home base for your next getaway!

Parties, events and unregistered guests are prohibited. No more than 10 occupants and six vehicles are allowed per Town guidelines.

Note: Your safety matters to us! Hamilton Lake House has two exterior cameras; one at the front of the house and one at the back.  The cameras do not look into any interior living areas.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting.  The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time.  This includes both day and overnight guests.
