Each spring we hire over 100 seasonal employees to help us meet the exceeding demand for vacation rentals throughout the Finger Lakes. Our competitive compensation plus weekly incentives is our proven process to developing a quality seasonal team to exceed our customer's expectations.
We have year-round staff in all nine of our departments assisting our company to operate 365 days a year. Paid Time Off
We offer full-time employees up to 6 weeks of flexible PTO to spend on vacations, with family, or just because! We also offer 6 paid holidays each year. We recognize the importance of work-life balance and focus on giving our employees ample time to relax and recharge.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
We recognize the value in our employee’s time and offer an EAP that provides personal assistant services (such as planning a vacation, wedding, or even researching babysitters) as well as the traditional confidential counseling services on a variety of topics from financial counseling to stress management.
We currently offer full-time employees 4 different plans to choose from for medical, a basic dental plan, and a basic vision plan to fit their individual needs. For our medical plan, we offer a 100% employer contribution for single coverage, and a generous employer contribution for all other plans.
Available to all employees, including seasonal staff. Generous employer contributions are made after eligibility requirements are met. All employees also have the option of contributing themselves either pre-tax or post-tax depending on their preference.
