Two steps into the main entry leads to a beautiful cherry hardwood full range kitchen. Off the kitchen is a bedroom with a queen size bed and full bathroom. There is a charming, tile floor half bathroom located adjacent to the kitchen. The spacious great room with leather furniture, vaulted ceilings and oversized windows with splendid lake views completes the main level. The great room leads out to the private deck with grill, table, and chairs for evening family dinners while enjoying the fabulous lake views.
Beautiful hardwood stairs lead up to a spacious bedroom with queen bed, cable TV, and excellent views of the lake from large, uncovered windows. A full bath with shower/tub combination is located just across the hall.
The stairs leading to the lower level enter into a peaceful family room with a sofa, television, and your own private stone patio. There is a convenient washer/dryer combo located next to a full bathroom with a shower. Just off the family room are two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are accessible from the family room. One has full privacy and a full size bed. The third bedroom has an excellent lake view and pencil-post queen bed with french doors that lead out to the patio and stairs to the beach.
Bask in 84 feet of private beachfront ideal for swimming. The home comes complete with a large dock and a rowboat for your enjoyment. You can also follow the path just past the driveway, and have a short, peaceful walk directly into the Keuka Lake State Park. The kids can burn-off energy at the playground, volleyball area, or swimming beach with lifeguard supervision.

This property was beautiful. The three bedrooms are in different locations of the house providing privacy, and each room has their own bathroom. The lower bedroom had a small bedroom next to it with a full size bed our 3 year old granddaughter enjoyed. The main area is open with a wall of windows looking out over the deck at the lake. The three decks are comfortable and provide great views of the lake. The road to the property wasn't too bad--single lane dirt road to the house off the main road but easy to manage with an SUV. We all enjoyed the house and would stay again. Enjoyed coffee in the morning on the decks and cocktails at night enjoying the views.

Premier Properties Personnel are always professional and service oriented. When any issues arise, they take care of things immediately. Although, it is very rare that issues arise. We have been using Premier for the past 10 years for Our May Days Getaway and have always been extremely satisfied.

Beautiful home. And what a view! Perfect for 3 couples who came in for the weekend to enjoy the wine trail. House was very clean (I am picky) and great location to good Keuka and Seneca Lake. Will stay again !
