Completing the first floor you’ll find two private bedrooms, and full bath.  The upstairs loft is ideal for additional sleeping or lounging around.

Outside, a beautiful wraparound deck offers a view you'll never forget.  At the lakefront, 90 ft of lake frontage is yours to enjoy.  A shared dock allows for spending the day jumping off the dock and splashing in the cool Keuka Lake waters, or fishing from your new favorite getaway spot. **Shared Dock - Casa Ciarla guests have use of the northern part of the dock.  The boat lift is not available for guests use and it's asked guests do not use the southern portion of the dock.  The southern side of the dock belongs to the neighboring property.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting.  The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time.  This includes both day and overnight guests.

Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
