Whether you’re coming to the Finger Lakes for a wedding at Norton Chappell, wine tasting on the Keuka Lake Wine Trail, or just coming to jump in the cool waters of Keuka Lake – You’ll be on “Cloud 9” when you stay at this 5 bedroom, 3 bath home.

The lower level of this home is where all the mingling and family fun takes place.  A kitchen equipped with every fun gadget you can imagine is yours to enjoy while you’re here!  From the original chef of the house, to you – enjoy cooking up a feast in this well appointed kitchen.  It's perfect for accommodating all of your cooking and baking needs.

A dining table facing the lake has one of the best views in the house!  A spacious living room welcomes you and offers cozy seating for relaxing each evening.  The main floor of the house is complete with a full bath and bedroom with twin bunk set.

Upstairs, the additional four bedrooms and two bathrooms can be found.  The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, lake views and its own private bath (one of the two on this level).  Two rocking chairs positioned facing the lake offer the perfect setting for sipping your morning coffee.

Outside, a patio with breath taking panoramic view offers comfortable seating for your whole group.  Descend the stairs to the lake frontage and enjoy playing in the yard and jumping off the dock.  Watch as the boats float by from the local marina.

Located only a half mile away from Morgan Marine, and a 2 minute drive into the Village of Penn Yan where you’ll find various visitor attractions and tasty restaurants- Cloud 9 is sure to be one of your favorite hot spots of the summer.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting.  The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time.  This includes both day and overnight guests.

over promised under delivered
Renters beware this property is a dorm for college students most of the year. The furnishings tell the story. Our first day : one bed broke, the patio table was about to collapse, the office chairs ( black leather on Casters) used for the dining room table /chair along with the "ready to collapse" wooden chairs, said it all. The railing on the upper patio was not stable,and probably would not meet code.The refrigerator constantly leaked water on the floor throughout the week. The grassed area in front of the dock had a hole with the remains of a tree stump. we kept a chair in the pit to keep anyone from falling into it throughout the week. Do your homework before renting from Premier ! They somehow put their stamp of approval on this property we rented for $5000 / week .

Good location, price and nice cottage rental. With a few minor updates it could be even better.
