This stunning home offers a magnificent view of Canandaigua Lake! Located on a newly paved, private drive just off the main road on several acres. Landscaped gardens and barefoot friendly pathways lead to the home and beach. Spacious tiled, screened porch with lake view, outdoor partially covered deck off the living room, and lower level lake view patio offer a variety of outdoor living and dining areas.
The first level features a large tile kitchen with new appliances, family room, dining/ living room viewing the lake, and 3 newly carpeted bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom on this floor faces the lake and has a private master bath. The lower level features a bar/ kitchen area, second family room, full bath, and two additional bedrooms. This level also opens out to a Lakeview patio.
Prior to the 1950’s this property was part of an active vineyard where packed grapes were picked up lakeside by boat. The property has been in the owner’s family since the 1950’s. This vacation home, now available to you, was architecturally designed and built in the 1980’s and was named Grapewood after the old vines, which can still be found on the property. This is the place for a private and memorable get away with your family.

Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.

Overall we enjoyed our 4 night stay at the Grapewood! The house was very roomy with 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths and plenty of seating upstairs, downstairs to various outside locations from the deck, to the fire pit to the dock (that was great). The property is beautiful and meet our needs of a family get together with children and their spouses. Only thing I would comment on that could be better was the house had lots of cobwebs so the cleaners need to be more diligent in cleaning. Thank you for the use of your wonderful home. We tried to leave in better shape then when we arrived!

Finger Lakes Premier Properties was very easy to deal with considering we made very last minute plans for a birthday. They were extremely responsive and professional. The home we chose was clean, and well appointed. It was a fantastic location right on the lake. It had tremendous views and the house was comfortable. We brought our pet and there was a "goodie bag" waiting for us with treats, a tennis ball and some doo doo bags. We appreciate the attention to details and will very likely use them again if we come to visit the Finger Lakes area!!! Many thanks!

What a fabulous house, location, view!!! We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for our large group, everyone had plenty of space. The property is beautiful, so peaceful.
