Loved this house. Perfect size for our group, and the lake views were amazing! Wish the hot tub was a little bigger, but we just had to take turns. Only thing missing was a fire pit!

Hakuna Matata truly lived up to its name. We had a lovely family vacation in this house on the lake complete with s'mores in the fire pit, swimming in the lake, and butterflies/hummingbirds visiting! If you are looking for a lovely place to stay, this is it.

Stayed in Hakuna Matata the first full week of October 2014 and the lake site was beautiful. Leaves were just starting to change and the weather was perfect. House was nicely decorated and full of amenities. Overall enjoyed the week immensely.

Stayed with 3 girlfriends for a fall getaway. The house was nicely appointed - we made dinner several nights. Nice layout with the outside decks and docks. Hot tub a nice plus. We would definitely book this property again.

This was our first time renting a home in the Finger Lakes and it was such a great experience. The location of the property was perfect for our wine tour. We loved being right on the lake and can't wait to come back again next year! We plan on making this our yearly get away with friends. Thanks!!!!!!

We absolutely LOVED the Hakuna Matata house! It came with everything you could possibly need and our group of 8 ran out of days before we ran out of things to do....hot tub, swimming in lake, hanging out on the dock, campfires on the beach, kids looked for shells and lake glass, kayak, canoe, games...plus the proximity to wineries, Watkins Glen, biking and Ithaca made it a great hub for us! The house has so many kitchen appliances and amenities, I have never stayed in a house so well equipped!! I cannot say enough great things and highly recommend this large house! THANK YOU!!!!

We were very happy with the house. It was just right for our needs and very comfortable. Being right on the lake was great, saw two beautiful sunsets off our deck and a rainbow one morning. We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay.

Our family's first time staying at a lake was awesome because: (1) beautiful, clear lake and a long dock with Adirondack chairs at the end, (2) the changes on the lake from gorgeous sunsets to atmospheric, misty morning fog (3) comfortable central-air and sofas/beds, (4) five different places outside to hang out--the hot tub, two levels of deck, the screened in porch, the dock, (5) canoe and kayak and swimming! We had an amazing time.
