July 2017 Stay

We just wrapped up a week at this rental and loved it! The home was well appointed with everything we needed and was in a great location between Hammondsport and Penn Yan and close to some new wineries and breweries as well. Our only disappointment was that the water was not turned on in the boat house for use of the restroom or sink. I would definitely recommend this home!

This home was great for our annual vacation to Keuka Lake!  The home was very clean upon our arrival and access the house was very easy.  Although the bedrooms are on the small side, the house is very spacious and has a great deck on the front of the house with an incredible view of the bluff and the lake!  The kitchen is huge and well-stocked with cooking utensils, etc. and made it very easy to prepare large meals for our family.  We used the gas grill several nights and it worked ok - it seemed to take a long time to get hot.  The waterfront area/dock is huge and has a little "house/shed" type of structure with a refrigerator, sink, microwave, and plenty of counter space.  My 10-year-old stepson played in this house as he made it into his "restaurant/snack bar", where he served us drinks and snacks while we enjoyed the dock and water throughout the week.  This area also has a covered area, where some of our family were able to sit in the shade at a picnic table, but still be outside with everyone to enjoy the lake.  Something to note, however; if you have elderly family/friends with you:  the short walk down to the waterfront is a grassy incline without stairs or steps.  There are also 2 small sets of stairs to walk up to access the house.   Overall, we had plenty of space to spend another great week at Keuka!

We loved the house.  The dock was amazing with the small boat house complete with half bath.  It made it so convenient.  It is a beautiful location.  The home is very cozy and comfortable.  And they back yard, where the hot tub is, feels very private which is nice.  Overall, we had a great experience.

Perfect location!

Our group of high school friends decided to spend our 30th reunion on Keuka Lake! This house was perfect - enough beds, 2 full bathrooms- which you need with 6 women! The hot tub was great for a night of relaxing after a few wineries. But our favorite spot was the dock and firepit- with a great additional dock house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Wonderful setting and great spaces

Always a sunny or shady spot at the house or boathouse and deck. Spacious kitchen, dining and living rooms. Incredible view!

This is the second year in a row I have rented this property and it is a great place for a vacation. I particularly like the waterfront set up,hot tub and views of the lake from the great room. The property is very family friendly.
