A graduate of the Allentoff Institute’s Leadership Development Program, Jamie Pecori brings a well-rounded blend of professional education and real-world expertise to her role as Property Manager for the West Region at Finger Lakes Premier Properties. With a strong foundation in property management, home renovation, and vacation rentals, Jamie has built a career defined by attention to detail, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer service.

Jamie’s hands-on experience includes flipping and renting properties, managing successful Airbnb listings for family members, and overseeing residential programs for individuals with intellectual disabilities. In these roles, she developed a keen eye for maintenance standards, performed rigorous inspections, and ensured properties met state-mandated requirements—skills she now applies to the homes under her care.

Her commitment to quality and service was recognized publicly when she was featured in a commercial by a previous employer, celebrating her dedication to excellence. At FLPP, Jamie continues to provide homeowners with trusted oversight while ensuring guests enjoy smooth, memorable vacation experiences.

Outside of work, Jamie is passionate about giving back to her community. She volunteers with the Newark Jr. Reds Football and Cheerleading League under FLYFCL and is currently in her fourth year as a Cheerleading Coach. When she's not on the sidelines or managing properties, Jamie enjoys spending time with her family and embracing all that the Finger Lakes region has to offer.
