All Decked Out

All Decked Out was a good choice for our party of 15 with 8 adults and 7 kids. The lakefront amenities were what drew us to the property and they were outstanding. The house and cabin were exactly as shown on the website, so no surprises. The upstairs master bedroom/loft does lack some privacy and it can be noisy if people  congregate in the kitchen and living room, but that was something we expected from the photos. Overall we were happy with our first visit to the finger lakes and enjoyed our week.

Overall property had what we needed.  Water pressure isn’t great due to being on a well.  Steps down to lake are sturdy but there are 102 steps up (not an easy climb). Enjoyed having use of life vests, pool noodles and SUP/canoe

Location is nearly perfect with grocery, wineries, and breweries close by. The quarter mile lane into the property is a little tricky but the destination is worth it.

All Decked Out is a beautiful home. We had the most relaxing family vacation. The pictures on the website represented the property perfectly. The house was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessary cooking amenities and then some. We loved hanging out by the lake and the "tiki bar" was convenient to have by the water. We had long days swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding (easily rented from Reagans) and evenings by the fire pit. We are looking forward to renting the house again in the future.

The house was perfect for our extended family of 16 and looked exactly like the pictures online! Beautiful view of Seneca Lake and close to everything that you will need. Stairs to the lake are steep for anyone wary of heights.

Excellent location to a little of everything in the Finger Lakes. Beautiful quiet property. Spectacular view of the sunsets. Nice space for many adults.

May 2019 Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at All Decked Out! The location of the property was perfect with beautiful sunsets. Loved the Tiki Bar at the lake and there was even a waterfall at the fire pit! The stairs down to the lake are a little scary and could use a real handrail the entire length of the stairs for safety. The hot tub was beautiful and functioned perfectly! Love that the house has all Queen/King size beds. Enjoyed playing games and hanging out at the downstairs bar area. Having the guest house was also very helpful and a nice option. It was a bit confusing checking into the house. We were given a long access code, however the door did not have an electronic key pad. Thankfully I had called a few minutes before we arrived and they gave me the key pad code to the guest house. This contained the keys for the guest house and main house. We did have a maintenance issue and that was responded to very timely. The service tech was also very nice and accommodating. Looking forward to another stay at All Decked out!

April 2018 Stay

Our annual family trip to the Finger Lakes always included camping and a lot of rain and bad weather. This was always inconvenient because it involved about three different campers and a small cabin rental, neither of which were accommodating to our large group in inclement weather. This year, we opted to book All Decked Out for our group of 15. This was the perfect size for everyone to eat and play games as a group without being cramped. All is the bedrooms were spacious with extra linens and pillows if needed. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare a variety of meals with a large group. Many different cooking utensils and plenty of service ware for everyone to eat.  Overall, great stay!

November 2017 Stay

 

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time at this property. It was a nice change to get away for the Thanksgiving holiday and the views alone made this trip. Here are my 3+ and 3-.... 3+ - The cabin was nicely appointed and well outfitted. Cooking Thanksgiving dinner here was a breeze because we had everything we needed. - The location is fantastic! Close to everything and being lakeside is the way to go @ FLX.  We encountered a problem with the hot water heater and they sent someone immediately to fix it! This was the day before a holiday. Nicely done! 3-.  Ok I know in order to be lakeside @ FLX, that means you have a descent. We didn't have 4WD and one of our cars got stuck down at the main house. I wish there would have been better driveways or somehow access made easier. Overall great stay!

We just had a great week at All Decked Out on Beautiful Lake Seneca. The homes were beautiful and had everything that we could possibly need. There was ample supply of dishes,glasses and cutlery. There were 8 of us for half the week and 7 for the other plus a toddler and two dogs. We had plenty of room We also had the guest cottage along with the chalet. The description was correct when they said you should have AWD or 4WD bc you need it to get down to the chalet, but oh it is well worth it. The views are fabulous and we did not want to leave!!!!. We are already planning our visit for next year. Also staff was very helpful and kind when we had to call for the early check in code. Also got a late check out AWESOME!!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this house. We had a group of 11 people, and there was ample space for everyone to sleep. I cannot say enough about the condition of the house - it was incredibly clean and well-stocked with all of the amenities we needed. I would strongly recommend this property to others and wish that we could have stayed longer!
