To the left of the stairs are two bedrooms featuring queen beds, and a full bathroom at the end of the hall with a shower/tub. ‘At The Lake’ lives up to its’ name with amazing lake frontage as well. Just a few steps lead to 50 feet of natural, pebble beach. The water depth is gradual and features a sandy bottom, great for children of all ages. A seasonal dock is available for mooring a boat, and two sets of stand up paddleboards are available for guests’ enjoyment.
A free public park is just down the street within walking distance, and features a large playground, swimming area, and a shaded pavilion for enjoying picnic style meals. At the other end of the street is Seneca Farms, a local favorite for ice cream. At The Lake is just minutes from several wineries, and only a mile from downtown Penn Yan.
Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.
