The main living area features large windows with spectacular lake views, comfortable seating, and multiple gathering spaces, including a sunroom/game room where kids and adults alike can enjoy board games and card nights. A second living room with a plush sectional and flat-screen TV provides a cozy spot for movie nights. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep easy, with ample cupboard space, a dining table that seats up to 10, and two extra refrigerators—perfect for large groups. A convenient first-floor full bathroom is located just off the kitchen. Plenty of parking and walk-in access through the rear of the house makes unpacking the cars simple. 5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
