Designed with comfort and privacy in mind, Belle Maison comfortably accommodates up to twelve guests across four thoughtfully furnished bedrooms. The private primary suite features a king bed, ensuite bath with a relaxing garden tub, and its own balcony overlooking the lake. Additional bedrooms offer a mix of queen, double, and twin beds, making the home ideal for multiple families or groups traveling together. A second living area on the lower level, complete with comfortable seating, games, and a wet bar, provides even more space to unwind after a day of adventure.

Outside, you'll find everything needed to enjoy the best of lakeside living. The spacious backyard is perfect for lawn games, while the private hot tub offers the ideal place to relax beneath the stars. Just across the quiet lakeside road, your private lakefront features an expansive dock for swimming, fishing, kayaking, or simply soaking up the sunshine. The charming boathouse includes a half bath, refrigerator, and picnic seating, making it easy to spend the day by the water and enjoy unforgettable sunrise views over Canandaigua Lake.

Per New York state and county regulations, the occupancy for this property is strictly limited. The maximum occupancy stated on this listing is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time, including infants and children. This includes both day and overnight guests, no exceptions.

Note:
1. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
2. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
3. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.  
7. Belle Maison is located in a residential area and parking is tight.  Please refrain from bringing additional vehicles.  Turn around in neighboring driveways is prohibited.
