Great location and spacious home. There is no washer and dryer available however there is a laundry mat in town. Would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

We have been renting through FLPP for a number of years and find them to be thoroughly professional and helpful. The home we rented was large enough to accommodate our whole family and is located in a good spot for navigating the lake and the surrounding towns.

Beautiful Lake, Beautiful Home

Our mixed group of 7 adults found plenty of space to have our privacy while also enjoying the large living room and outdoor spaces that we could all gather. The home is quintessential lake cabin feel, but with so much more! The upper deck provided our morning coffee routine with stunning views of the lake and then as the heat of the days came in, the lower covered deck became the "reading room". The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials (the only thing that would have added to our cooking needs was a large 12" frying pan). The large beach area and plenty of chairs allowed us to thoroughly enjoy the lakeside setting and watch all the ducks and ducklings! We had amazing weather all week and though there is no A/C, the rooms were quite comfortable as the temps dropped some in the evenings and the many windows and fans kept the air moving. The location is very convenient to Penn Yan for all your shopping needs and the flat road gave us a great morning workout walk past the Sheriff's camp. Watching the moon rise over the bluff brought each day to a calm end.
