We have rented on this lake for many many years. This was by far one of the best lake homes we have rented. It was very well-equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen, deck and lakeside. Very good parking too. We look forward to renting again!

Esperanza Drive is a favorite place to be as it is private( no traffic) and a good location. I have spent many vacations on that part of the lake and have been going to Keuka all my life as my ancestors settled in Penn Yan and my mother grew up there.

Our family had a wonderful first stay at the beautiful Keuka lake.  Our home was well equipped for all our needs and very clean.  Excellent arrival and departure process.  Nice amenities in this home. We are already planning our next trip!

We have been vacationing at Keuka Lake for many years, this is the first time staying at Chateau Esperanza.  It is probably the nicest place we have stayed.  Nicely appointed and comfortable, it is quiet, no through traffic with a glorious view directly over the lake from inside as well as outside the house.     You can walk right up the road into Keuka State Park for hikes.  It is the perfect place to unwind.  Wish we could have stayed longer.  We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I found a rental on VRBO, booked it, and when your company called to confirm, helped me find a much more suitable home for less money and a better location. We were right on the lake and had a fantastic view. The home was modern, clean, and perfectly functional for our group. We will definitely be back!

Annual Family Get-A-Way

This is a perfect property for family. The layout allowed us to gather or sequester. We played numerous games evenings and enjoyed the day on the lake swimming, canoeing, rowing & kayaking. Campfire at night, pristine clear sky for star watching. We are looking forward to returning...

A Relaxing Lakeside Retreat

Great location for water and land sports, as well as touring and wine tasting, etc. The house is lovely with a great deck overlooking the lake and private beach.

We had a wonderful time at this rental. The house was fully equipped with all to make our stay comfortable. The house offered amazing views of the sunrise and sunsets. We appreciated the location of the property as the Keuka State Park was literally around the corner, the town within 15 minutes and all wineries and breweries within a short ride. We can't wait to rent Chateau Esperanza again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chateau Esperanza over the Christmas holidays. The kitchen was well stocked and the entire space comfortable and welcoming. The only thing missing is a hot tub! It's a beautiful area - great scenery, lots of wildlife, interesting history. We drove around Keuka lake, visiting various wineries and breweries, hiked the trails in the state park and played with the kids in the playgrounds. It was a wonderful, relaxing vacation.

This is my first time visiting the Finger Lakes and renting a house through Premier Properties. I've rented vacation homes in other areas of the U.S., so I have those experiences to compare this one to. Everything was as I had hoped (and more!), from the reservation process to the actual stay. The house was spacious, VERY clean and comfortable. I would definitely rent his home again, and would recommend the same for my friends and family.
