FLPP's selection of properties at the lakes is unmatched. The 24/7 customer service, the cleanliness of the homes, and the fantastic locations make for a really great rental experience. It feels a lot more personal and local than other rental options.

Home was perfectly fine for a weekend getaway. Our first time on Canandaigua, and a little further than what we normally prefer. Compared to other properties we’ve rented through FLPP, indoor furniture could be updated eventually but fine for a short term rental. Enjoyed our stay!!

Very cute house nicely decorated. It’s at a great location with wonderful views and access to lake. Sloped floors are a little difficult for older people to walk on. Also need a shower schedule so hot water doesn’t run out. Would definitely rent again if elderly parents weren’t coming along.

Wonderful stay
We truly enjoyed our stay, plenty of rooms and beds for guests to stay, lots of space to eat. The furniture was clean and comfortable, the kitchen was beyond well stocked. Since we were there for the water, the view and good company, we were not concerned about the age of the furniture. Appliances worked well and did not appear to be old by any means. No kayak or vests was disappointing but we had a wonderful time with out them. A few more out door chairs would be helpful, but again, we managed. We will be returning next June.

Outdoor space great but that’s all
We were looking forward to our last week of summer on the lake. The lake front and location was great! The listing was misleading because many included amenities were not there: dryer (about 30 years old didn’t work the whole week), no kayaks and life jackets. The listing stated that all new furniture would be there for the 2020 summer rental season... also not true. Most(If not all) of the furniture Was from 1970s. Couch was stained. Appliances needed to be replaced. Honestly seemed like everything was from good will. The stairs to the dock were unattached and my husband fell first time on them. Had to remove them. The Railing of the stairs off the slider are not attached to the house and shake when holding it. Thankfully we only had 7 people here because I honestly don’t think that 12 people could fit here. Rental company wasn’t helpful. Never called me back about the dryer. We have rented many lake homes. We won’t be returning to this one.
