Tucked among the trees with beautiful lake views, this inviting three-bedroom home offers comfortable accommodations for up to six guests, a private hot tub, and plenty of space to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the outdoors.

The home has a special connection to its name—a local eagle is known to visit and perch in the surrounding treetops, creating a memorable sight for guests lucky enough to catch a glimpse. Eagles aren’t the only wildlife you may spot during your stay, either. Deer, wild turkey, and other local wildlife are frequent visitors to the surrounding acreage, adding to the peaceful, tucked-away atmosphere of Eagle’s Landing.

Step inside to discover a comfortable living space designed for easygoing Finger Lakes getaways. The living and dining areas provide plenty of room to gather after a day of exploring, while the kitchen is equipped with conveniences including a dishwasher to make meals at home simple. On cooler evenings, settle into the living room and enjoy the warmth and inviting ambiance of the beautiful stone fireplace. Radiant floor heating adds another cozy touch during chilly Finger Lakes stays, while three industrial air-conditioning units help keep the home comfortable during warmer summer days.

Eagle’s Landing offers sleeping spaces across three levels. The entry level features a queen bedroom, while the lower level includes a second queen bedroom and a third bedroom furnished with a queen bed and bunk set. Upstairs, the loft provides an additional full bed. Two full bathrooms with showers—one on the entry level and one on the lower level—plus an entry-level half bath provide convenience throughout your stay.

The outdoor spaces make it easy to slow down and take in the scenery. Step onto the fully covered deck to enjoy the fresh air and lake views regardless of the weather, or head downstairs where the lower-level living area opens to a covered, screened-in porch overlooking the lake in the distance. Fire up the propane grill for an afternoon cookout, gather around the firepit as evening settles in, or slip into the private hot tub for a relaxing soak after a day of wine tasting and exploring.

Surrounded by more than 20 acres, Eagle’s Landing offers a wonderful sense of privacy while still keeping you close to the attractions that make the Finger Lakes special. With a gradual-to-level area around the home and only three steps to the entrance, coming and going is easy. Eagle’s Landing also welcomes up to two dogs, so your four-legged companions can come along for the adventure.

Every season brings something new to enjoy here. Summer invites long days exploring Keuka Lake and relaxing outdoors, while autumn transforms the surrounding hills and acreage into a breathtaking display of Finger Lakes fall foliage. When winter arrives, the sloping yard becomes a fun spot for sledding before heading inside to warm up by the fireplace.

Eagle’s Landing is ideally located for exploring the best of the Keuka Lake region, from nearby wineries like Domaine LeSeurre, Ravines Wine Cellars, and Weis Vineyards to days on the water with convenient access to the Keuka Village boat launch. Venture a little farther to browse The Windmill Farm & Craft Market, experience the Corning Museum of Glass, or discover aviation history at the Glenn H. Curtiss Museum. Occupancy: Per New York state and county regulations, the occupancy for this property is strictly limited. The maximum occupancy stated on this listing is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time, including infants and children. This includes both day and overnight guests, no exceptions.

2. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
3. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Outdoor amenities, including furniture and firepit are not available between December  1 - March 31.
