With four bedrooms, three full bathrooms plus a half bath, and room for up to 10 guests, Heartstone House is the perfect setting for extended families, multiple families traveling together, or friends gathering for a memorable lake escape.

From the moment you arrive, sweeping views of Canandaigua Lake set the tone for a relaxed stay. The property includes approximately 175 feet of waterfront, natural swimming areas, two small beaches, and a beautiful lakeside stone fireplace. Spend the afternoon in the water, gather around the fire as the day winds down, or settle in with a drink and enjoy the peaceful lake views.

The game room provides another comfortable place to relax and have fun, with a TV, billiards table, darts, and ample seating. It also includes a convenient queen Murphy bed, giving your group flexible additional sleeping space when needed.

The lake is right outside your door, and guests have plenty of ways to enjoy it. Four kayaks, two stand-up paddleboards, and a Sunfish sailboat are available for guest use, making it easy to explore the shoreline, paddle in the morning calm, or enjoy an afternoon on the water. If you would like to spend a day boating, rent a larger boat from a nearby marina or bring your own.

Outside, the large backyard offers room for kids to play and adults to unwind. The private lake-view patio is perfect for coffee, leisurely meals, or evening cocktails overlooking the water. Fire up the grill or pizza oven for an outdoor meal with Canandaigua Lake as the backdrop.

For a little friendly competition, head to the private turf sports court for a game of touch tennis or foam pickleball—known at Hearthstone House as “foam ball.” It is a fun, approachable way for guests of all ages and skill levels to get moving, laugh, and enjoy some friendly competition. Afterwards, ease into the hot tub overlooking the lake. Per New York state and county regulations, the occupancy for this property is strictly limited. The maximum occupancy stated on this listing is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time, including infants and children. This includes both day and overnight guests, no exceptions.

1. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes. 
2. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
3. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
