This original and beautifully maintained lake cottage is the ideal vacation home, with some recent updates and remodeling for a modern flair, but keeping with the nostalgic feel of an original lake residence. Located off the main road, this charming cottage has many features that make it an appealing location for your next family vacation.
Enter from the rear of the cottage into a formal dining room, with hardwood floors, matching table and chairs, and several windows for you to appreciate the view of the lake. The lovely kitchen with newer appliances is fully furnished with all necessary cookware and utensils. A living room located off the lakeside of the cottage provides an enjoyable gathering spot for entertaining. The covered front porch is accessed off the living room, and is ideal for outdoor dining or supervising children playing on the beach a few feet away. The first floor master bedroom is spacious and well appointed, and adjoins the full bathroom with shower that can also be accessed from the living room.
The second floor features original wood floors, wooden walls that are open near the ceilings, and cottage style lighting. Two of the bedrooms on this floor face the lake, one with a queen size bed and one with 2 singles. There is a smaller bedroom located on the south side, with a single trundle bed. This bedroom leads out to a meticulously maintained, screen sleeping porch with queen size bed. The sleeping porch also has direct access to the shared full bathroom on the second floor. The other bedrooms have access from the hallway to this completely remodeled bathroom.
The exterior features include a spacious, level side yard, over 100 feet of natural walk-in lakefront, seasonal dock with hoist, and gradual water depth for excellent swimming. This is an ideal vacation spot for families with smaller children.
Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.

1. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property.
2. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in description.
3. Air conditioning is not available unless otherwise noted as available in the amenities. If air conditioning is noted as available, this is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
