The house, property and view of the lake are beautiful! It's nice we're able to bring our dog for peace of mind that he's with us on vacation. We will definitely stay at Heron Way again. We worked with Luella and Andrea at Premier Properties who provided exceptional customer service to make our vacation at Heron Way a special and memorable one. This house is everything that was written about in the comments before. It is invitingly lit and very clean. We were 10 people (6 adults and 4 children + a dog) and it was spacious and room for all of us. The kitchen was equipped with everything important for cooking and the family area was very pleasant. The view is extraordinary and we even used the hot tub on the deck. I highly recommend coming to this house for a vacation!

We had a great family vacation at Heron Way.  It's a nice, quiet, private location with direct access to Keuka Lake.  We used the fire pit, hot tub, canoe, rowboat and lawn with beautiful, lush grass for yard games.  We very much appreciated being able to bring our two dogs to share our time away.  The weather was better than we'd hoped for! Heron Way was a nice place to relax, enjoy the scenery of the lake and the heron that visited multiple times a day, and just escape from the normal grind. It was easy to get to and just as described. It would be plenty big enough for a larger party but this was just me and the husband. We enjoyed our time at the property and in the Finger Lakes.

The property was perfect for a girls trip up to the finger lakes, with 5 queen beds and a king bed there is plenty of space. Be warned there is no grocery store near by so bring your provisions with you but other than that it was a great place to stay.

We had an absolutely fantastic long weekend at Heron Way and can't wait to book it again! The house was immaculate and was stocked with all basic essentials. The furniture was comfortable, the mattresses were firm and felt new. There was plenty of space to sit with others or to find a quiet corner to read. I loved watching the morning sunrise while enjoying a cup of coffee in the sunroom. There were so many ducks and heron - it was beautiful! The only tricky thing was finding the turn-in - the street is very narrow and looks like a driveway. Luckily, Finger Lakes Property placed a sign at the top of the turn-in which made all the difference in finding the road. We would definitely recommend staying here for a nice vacation.

This unit was exactly as presented. Large open floor plan and many bedrooms made this a great family retreat location. The row boat was handy, and we caught large and smallmouth bass, pickerel, perch, bluegills, sunfish and rock bass in the surrounding shallow water at the end of the lake. Ospreys, blue herons, ducks, soft shelled turtles visited the area overhead and dock quite often. We enjoyed and used every amenity that the unit offered and would come back again.

The view of the lake from the dining room area and deck are stunning. The pictures don’t do it justice! Everything was remarkably clean, and the check in/check out processes were the smoothest I’ve ever had. We were also impressed by the little goody bag that they left for each of the dogs. Beautiful property and the management company was great to deal with - win win for us!

Just got back from our annual lake house vacation with my family of 8, including our 101 yr old grandmother. This was our first time at this house. It was perfect for our family. There are only 2 steps to get Grams up at the entrance to the house and then she was able to get around the first floor on her own. The fairly level grounds leading to the dock allowed us to wheel her to the boat ramp in her wheelchair and onto the boat without having to circumvent a ton of stairs like many lake houses have. The water at the dock is shallow as described in the house details but we were able to dock a pontoon boat as well as a 22ft. speed boat without any issues. Just raise the trim on the motor. The water is calm once you get past the sandbar, even if the lake is choppy, so docking was never an issue. I think the water was about 2.5ft deep when we were there but I don't know how it would be if the water was shallower. The marina we rented the boats from was walking distance to the house which was convenient. Great open floor plan allowed everyone to enjoy each other's company no matter what room we were in. Well maintained house with an amazing view of the lake. We got lots of use of the hot tub, paddleboat and canoe. The town was a short walk from the house to pick up essentials (eggs, milk) and there was an organic produce stand along the way which we picked up fresh tomatoes and strawberries/cherries several times. Penn Yan is a 10 minute drive away to get to the Tops supermarket and some nice restaurants. My wife and I walked to the Hunt Country Vineyard winery (1.3 miles away) which was a bit of an uphill on the way there but a lot easier downhill walk back after a bunch of wine. The state park is a short boat ride directly across the lake which we took advantage of for picnicking and enjoying the beach. We also rode our bikes there several times (less than 3 miles each way). We had a great experience and hope to come back next year.

We absolutely loved Heron Way, the house was very clean, we had 9 in our party and there was ample room for everybody. Plenty of parking and nice yard. We took our dogs and everything worked out great for them too. There was a nice little gift package for each dog. It's our favorite house that we stayed in at Keuka Lake.

House very comfortable, spacious, clean and well kept. We had a few issues with the dock and two of the boats in need of repair. The agency and owner addressed these issues promptly and even bought a new paddle boat. We were impressed and very happy with how they took care of us and our big family. It was a great week, and we would definitely come back here again. Fishing is great off the dock.

I traveled to Heron Way with a group of 11 other friends for Holidays on the Lake weekend. This is the second time we have stayed at the house, the first time being two years ago. We LOVE the house!! The amenities of the house are amazing. Being right on the lake really takes the trip to a different level. We loved our stay and can't wait to do it again next year!!

WOW, WOW and WOW. 4 RN's drove over 8hrs each way to have a 3 day weekend together. Everyone shook their heads about spending so much time on the road for such a short stay. Well, I thank you for the weather (I did ask the reservations person to see what she could do...what service!!!). We felt like we had been there for at least a couple of days. So relaxing. The pictures on the web of Heron Way did not do it justice!!! It was beautiful. Could find no fault whatsoever. A couple of comments. Would be nice to mention the need to bring beach towels. Could also use ziploc bags and more than one coffee filter. We could bring all those, just didn't think about it. ALL of us will be back soon with our husbands, so you've got at least 4 additional rentals coming. At least two of us are thinking of bringing family up. And we all will be back as a group. Only one BAD thing...have you ever had a vacation where all of your expectations were exceeded? Well, we just did...that means we will compare EVERY future vacation with this one. Its gonna be a hard act to follow. Thank you so much....
