Create the ultimate romantic getaway when you stay at one of our hot tub vacation homes. Add this package to your checkout and upon arrival you will find two beach towels, a bottle of Finger Lakes wine, 2 souvenir wine glasses, and a box of gourmet chocolates to savor.
Inside, the foyer offers a large space for your group to settle their luggage inside. As you peer down the long hallway, light from the large floor to ceiling windows will flood all of your surroundings. Immediately to your left, a wet bar greets you. Pop a bottle of your favorite Finger Lakes wine, and toast to the memories you’re about to create.
Wall-to-wall wood flooring spans the length of the great room area, and is interrupted only in the kitchen where beautiful off white tile accents the wood floor. The open floor plan will prove to be ideal for entertaining your friends and family. Over-sized white, leather sofas offer the perfect spot to curl up and relax during your stay. The kitchen is designed to be a chef’s dream come true. Over-sized, granite counter tops accentuate the custom oak cabinetry, which you’ll find stocked with ample cooking and baking ware. An island breakfast bar will become the perfect spot for both meal prep, and visiting with your friends and family. Formal dining is done easily, and with style at the long dining room table. Enjoy family style meals and lake views morning, noon and night.
Just off the formal dining area, a four season room offers the most ideal location to enjoy your morning coffee. The first floor master bedroom with private en-suite bath can be found just down the hallway. Enjoy lake views from your king size bed, and a private living space. The master bathroom provides an added luxury with Jacuzzi tub, his and hers sinks, and stand up shower. Completing the first floor, a hall bathroom near the kitchen, and second first floor bedroom with garden view are available. Upstairs, bedrooms designed with comfort and luxury in mind can be found every which way you look. It was a gorgeous home. We rented this for a family wedding. Great location, easy access, very clean. Had everything we needed. It was one of the best vacation places I have ever rented!!

It is a great place to have a retreat! Lots of space to spread out and sleeping options as well as a great common space to fellowship in. Love the location on the lake...beautiful sunrises!! Loved taking the kayaks out too. Town of Canandaigua has so much to offer too...shops, cafes, parks, boating.

We rented this for a family wedding that was in town so we could all be together. Very spacious, clean with fully equipped kitchen. A beautiful view right on the lake made for incredible wedding pics. I would definitely recommend this property

Our party of 13, ranging from toddlers to teens to parents and grandparents, stayed for a week and very much enjoyed this clean and well-equipped property. Close to town for convenient grocery shopping and day trips to local attractions, but situated in a quiet cove, it felt like a private resort. The great room comfortably accommodated the whole group for meals and games, but many other indoor and outdoor spaces were available when anyone wanted a quiet corner to read or chat. The cooks enjoyed working together in the large kitchen; the hot tub, kayaks, and games room were also big hits. Would definitely recommend!Thank you so much for the review and for recommending our rental. We hope to see you again during your next trip to the Finger Lakes.

First, while the house is so close to town (it was a quick trip to get supplies, food, etc and the town provides some lovely shops), it does not feel like it. The little cove was quiet and provided wonderful views. The house itself served us very well. Our party included 8 older adults, 6 tweny-somethings and 2 kids. We had plenty of room and activities for everyone. The hot tub, fire pit and game room were particular hits. The kitchen/ great room became a wonderful gathering place, while the screened in porch provided a quiet refuge for those wanting some peace. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment, including a regular coffee maker (flat #8 filters) and a kurig-type coffee maker. The cooks in the family enjoyed showing off their talents in the fancy kitchen. And we had plenty of room to store supplies and food. Sleeping areas were surprisingly quiet, even when the noise in the main rooms got a bit much. Bathrooms are shared with the hallway, but there were plenty for our needs. The provided sheets/ towels were a blessing. The tweny-somethings enjoyed the available watercraft (life jackets were available) and jumping off the dock to swim in the cove. One day we rented a pontoon boat and were able to pickup/ drop off at the dock. Highly recommend for small and larger parties.

We celebrated a birthday with the family in Canandaigua. The house has everything you need to spend a long weekend. We enjoyed the lake, the Jacuzzi, and the playset with the children. Great place to take ling walks and run. Very well equipped, large and nice rooms, very clean. I highly recommend it.

The house was large and offered plenty of common space for our party of 17. We had plenty of windows to keep an eye on the kids both from inside and outside the house. We felt secluded even though the house was minutes away from all the conveniences of the town of Canandaigua. We were very happy with this property and hope to be back soon

This was the perfect home for our group. The location was key!! The open floor plan was perfect for our group of 12. A table we could all sit and have a meal, play games and a beautiful view. The kayaks and canoe were added fun and the patio with plenty of seating was great. S’mores at the fire pit by the lake were a great way to end the night. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful location, great room with windows allows for striking lake views, lots of room for our 11 Family members, kids enjoyed the game room even on sunny days and evenings, fire pit by the water was a hit, the tree swing was used a lot. No problems with boat docking. Very satisfied with this property.

Our family really likes the location of this home on the lake. The home itself is open and comfortable, and the view of the lake, large lawn and patio area are great for relaxing outside. For fun there are kayaks, a canoe, large dock, fire pit, hot tub and great tree swing..
