Oct 17 -April 30, Lake Shore Lodge will rent with 5 Bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms Plus Sleeping Loft.  May 1 - October 16, Lake Shore Lodge will rent with the inclusion of the seasonal lakeside guest house, and an additional full bathroom with shower.  The occupancy year round will remain at 16 occupants.

Located on the desirable East Bluff of Keuka Lake, Lake Shore Lodge is the perfect getaway!  An abundance of Finger Lakes favorites can be found right at your fingertips whether you’re attending a wedding at Norton Chapel, tasting local brews around the Keuka Lake Wine Trail or simply enjoying the serenity lake life brings.  Guests can enjoy visiting Lake Shore Lodge year round by staying at the Lake Shore Lodge Winter Escape, November - April too; the Main House is available during this time without the use of the Guest House.

While pulling into the driveway, the vintage Mennonite Buggy greets you.  As history would have it; this buggy once belonged to the first Mennonites to settle in Yates County!  Today, it’s been professionally refurbished and restored.

Upon entering the great room, large picture windows allow for you to enjoy lake views sun up, ‘til sun down.  A large, open kitchen is perfect for cooking any meal!  Oak cabinetry and expansive counter tops will have the chef of your group bursting with joy.  A voluminous supply of cooking and eating ware allow you to zip through making your favorite dish.  Don’t forget that Finger Lakes wine and beer goes with everything!

Filling the great room, your friends and family are able to spread out and get comfortable on the oversized furniture.  Bring your favorite board games, a favorite book or just enjoy catching up with one another all while taking in the views from outside.  If you forget yours at home, there’s a stock of games available at the house to choose from for your entertaining and relaxing pleasure.  A wooden dining table shares space with the island bar area from the kitchen.  Upstairs, a loft landing functions as duel space with both twin bed sleeping and has a library with a plentiful supply of books, and puzzles.

Throughout the main house, five bedrooms are yours to choose from.  Each of these rooms are decorated with comfort away from home in mind.  You’ll quickly feel “home away from home” at Lake Shore Lodge.

Have a rainy day during your getaway?!  No problem here!  A recently added game room offers a ping pong table for guests to enjoy.  Challenge your group of friends and family to a game and see who the overall champion is at the end of your stay.

The lower level of this large home offers an additional kitchen and second living room!  Ample space allows your whole group of travelers to spread out comfortably.

Outside, two lakeside decks continue entertaining bliss.  A swing set just to the side of the lower-level deck is sure to put a smile on a younger Finger Lakes traveler!  Midway down the stairs to the lakefront, a "Kids Club" is another fun escape for children of all ages.

At the lakefront, a panoramic view of Keuka Lake is sure to tug on your heart for years to come.  Whether you’re fishing the day away, sun bathing on the dock or just enjoying the view, Lake Shore Lodge has something for everyone!  The eastern facing lake view offers beautiful sunrise each morning.  The guest house by the shore offers a sixth bedroom and full bath.  It’s the perfect space to escape the heat and still enjoy the view or enjoy as a couples retreat.

Adventures and fun are everywhere you look when staying at Lake Shore Lodge!  Rent a limo, or take a self-guided wine and craft beer tour.  Yates Cellars, Hunt Country Vineyards and Keuka Spring Vineyards are all a short drive away.  Off season and snowy season rentals are no challenge for this gem of a home.  Bristol Mountain is only a 40-minute drive away for ski bunnies out there!  The Keuka Lake Outlet Trail proves to be a refreshing walk just north of this home for nature lovers.  Lake Shore Lodge will quickly become your favorite Finger Lakes getaway.  Call and make your reservation today!

June 2018 Stay

This rental was luxurious and spotless. The beds and sofas were really comfy, and the kitchen had everything you needed and MORE! The check-in process was a bit confusing with the app, strict time, and complicated door code, but otherwise, everything met our expectations or exceeded them. We had a great weekend and felt like we were able to live up lake life for a couple days at this place.

We spent this past weekend at Oak Leaf Shores to attend the Harvest Celebration of Food and Wine. The facilities were exceptionally maintained, we were able to dock one of our friend's boat, swim in the lake, enjoy the canoe and paddle boat, and fire pit. Oak Leaf Shores was well equipped with kitchen appliances we needed to prepare food for 17 guests. Overall we had an extraordinary experience and intend to recommend this property to others.

We thoroughly enjoyed our October weekend stay at Oak Leaf Shores. The property was perfect for our family reunion for Mom's 90th birthday with 4 singles, 3 couples and 2 families with children. The location was beautiful with the colored fall leaves framing a stunning views from the big windows and balconies. The kids found plenty to do outside around the property at the little playground and down by the water; one spent most of his time fishing. We used the boat dock for our boat (with a marina conveniently located within walking distance), the firepit, the canoe and the wading area by the water. (It was too cold for swimming or sunning on the deck). While the stairs were too much for my still active 90 year old mother to get down to the water, we were able to get her there by driving her to the marina, putting her on our boat and taking her to the dock. She loved the views from up above in the house. The family room downstairs in the house worked well as a place for the children to play out of the way of the adults and the extra kitchen made for plenty of room for us all to spread out and independently fix breakfasts and lunches. For dinner there was enough space to squeeze all the adults around the large table while the kids ate at the breakfast bar. We are a musical family and made good use of the large gathering areas in the family room and great room for fun family jam sessions in the evenings. The top floor master bedroom very comfortably accommodated one family with 2 young children on the queen/trundle (we moved one mattress onto the floor) and a toddler in a portable crib we brought. The loft, which overlooks the great room, worked well for our 3 young single adults (one of the 2 listed twin beds there had a trundle as well) who enjoyed the views of the sunrise from their vantage point. One of the rooms with 2 queen beds was extra large and worked well to accommodate our other family of 4 and was conveniently located near the family room so the kids could get up in the morning, play quietly and let their parents sleep. The bedroom down by the water was quite nice, private at night and offered a full bathroom for anyone down by the water to use. Everyone commented over and over about how beautiful and perfect the house was for our needs.

We really love this house. It is perfect for our large family. The lake front is beautiful. The kitchen is the best equipped we have ever seen in many years of renting on Keuka Lake. We especially like that it is on a quiet road where we can walk, run or bike, but still close to Penn Yan. The cottage on the deck is very nice.
