A great place to stay with a large family, and space enough to have quiet personal time as well.

We enjoyed the huge home with perfect views and adequate amenities. The deck was spectacular, and the multiple levels allowed varying generations of our family to cohort and enjoy company. The large living room and dining room provided multiple seating areas so that we were all able to be in the same room enjoying family that would have otherwise been squeezed out, or crowded in a smaller space.

The lake view dock area was the best gathering space to make memories from sunrise to sunset! Coffee on the main level deck during sunrise is the most peaceful experience! Celebrating my 50th birthday with friends and family will be a memory never forgotten! Truly epic and this house was part of it.

It was a lovely lake house had plenty of room for our family. We had two jet skis, so it was a little difficult docking Them. One drawback at this lake houses the many steps to the water, but at least there’s a bathroom down by the water and a large area to sit and relax by the water!! Overall, it was a wonderful Vacation with family!!

June 2018 Stay

This rental was luxurious and spotless. The beds and sofas were really comfy, and the kitchen had everything you needed and MORE! The check-in process was a bit confusing with the app, strict time, and complicated door code, but otherwise, everything met our expectations or exceeded them. We had a great weekend and felt like we were able to live up lake life for a couple days at this place.

We spent this past weekend at Oak Leaf Shores to attend the Harvest Celebration of Food and Wine. The facilities were exceptionally maintained, we were able to dock one of our friend's boat, swim in the lake, enjoy the canoe and paddle boat, and fire pit. Oak Leaf Shores was well equipped with kitchen appliances we needed to prepare food for 17 guests. Overall we had an extraordinary experience and intend to recommend this property to others.

We thoroughly enjoyed our October weekend stay at Oak Leaf Shores. The property was perfect for our family reunion for Mom's 90th birthday with 4 singles, 3 couples and 2 families with children. The location was beautiful with the colored fall leaves framing a stunning views from the big windows and balconies. The kids found plenty to do outside around the property at the little playground and down by the water; one spent most of his time fishing. We used the boat dock for our boat (with a marina conveniently located within walking distance), the firepit, the canoe and the wading area by the water. (It was too cold for swimming or sunning on the deck). While the stairs were too much for my still active 90 year old mother to get down to the water, we were able to get her there by driving her to the marina, putting her on our boat and taking her to the dock. She loved the views from up above in the house. The family room downstairs in the house worked well as a place for the children to play out of the way of the adults and the extra kitchen made for plenty of room for us all to spread out and independently fix breakfasts and lunches. For dinner there was enough space to squeeze all the adults around the large table while the kids ate at the breakfast bar. We are a musical family and made good use of the large gathering areas in the family room and great room for fun family jam sessions in the evenings. The top floor master bedroom very comfortably accommodated one family with 2 young children on the queen/trundle (we moved one mattress onto the floor) and a toddler in a portable crib we brought. The loft, which overlooks the great room, worked well for our 3 young single adults (one of the 2 listed twin beds there had a trundle as well) who enjoyed the views of the sunrise from their vantage point. One of the rooms with 2 queen beds was extra large and worked well to accommodate our other family of 4 and was conveniently located near the family room so the kids could get up in the morning, play quietly and let their parents sleep. The bedroom down by the water was quite nice, private at night and offered a full bathroom for anyone down by the water to use. Everyone commented over and over about how beautiful and perfect the house was for our needs.

We really love this house. It is perfect for our large family. The lake front is beautiful. The kitchen is the best equipped we have ever seen in many years of renting on Keuka Lake. We especially like that it is on a quiet road where we can walk, run or bike, but still close to Penn Yan. The cottage on the deck is very nice.
