September 2018 Stay

Nice home, well equipped and clean. In a convenient area close to both Hammondsport and Penn Yan. We were there the second week of September and it turned rainy and cold, but if we’d had better weather we may have been disappointed in the very small beach. But it’s truthfully represented in the pictures so no complaints.

Beautiful Time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The house is lovely and cozy and in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is particularly nice. Very spacious and great for family dinners. Be aware that the dock leading to the lake is NOT attached and is actually across the street and down a long flight of stairs. If you're bringing a kayak or canoe, it's a tad tricky to get it down to the lake. But still lovely overall! Highly recommended for families!

September 2019 Stay

We had the most amazing and relaxing time. Loved the village and quiet road. Dock for the boat was perfect! Walks with the dogs were great and they enjoyed exploring. This was a definitely the spot for relaxation. The Switz bar/restaurant was just a short walk and was our go to for dinner and drinks! Thank you for having us!!

July 2019 Stay

This house has a very open main floor plan. It makes having people in and out very easy and comfortable. We loved the front porch which was great for meals and also just relaxing at the end of the day. The beach access was easy and it had a lovely little walk in beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and hope to return!

September 2017 Stay

Great house and location. Residence was clean and prepared for our arrival with clean linens in place and all the amenities of home. My only criticism is that there should be more lights in the kitchen.
