The cottage sits on the water’s edge and has a gorgeous view of Keuka Lake. The French doors in the living room open to a glass enclosed porch where guests can enjoy a beautiful sunset.
Parking can accommodate vehicles with boat trailers. Bring your boat and use the 4000lb (max) boat lift will accommodate a 16' to a 22' boat. If your short on toys, a swim raft and a canoe with a built in ice chest are supplied for your enjoyment.
Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.
Note: Smoking is not allowed in any rental property.
