On either side of the fireplace are windows overlooking beautiful Keuka Lake, and a sliding glass door will lead you to the balcony. Relax with your morning cup of coffee as you watch the sun rise. Two bedrooms are also located on this floor. One bedroom features a double bed, and a small TV. The other bedroom features two bunk sets and roll away single, perfect for children. A full bath with tub/shower combo is conveniently located near these bedrooms.

Retreat down the stairway, with floor to ceiling windows, to the second level where the Master Suite is located. Cozy up and enjoy the gas fireplace as you sip on your favorite Finger Lakes wine, or relax in the oversized, soaking tub located in the Master Bath!

The lower level is another great place for friends and family to gather. The fourth bedroom is located on this level, along with a full bath, and a separate living space where you could play a game of cards, or read your favorite book while enjoying the view of the lake. Sliding glass doors lead you to the spacious lakeside deck. With plenty of outdoor seating and gradual entry into the lake just off the deck, makes this the perfect spot to spend the majority of your vacation! Take advantage of the permanent dock, and bring your own boat, or rent a boat at the local marina.
