The house was clean and well equipped. Everything worked. Our family enjoyed the water activities, the fire pit, the nighttime sky, the nearby hiking trails and grocery stores. There was plenty of room for all 13 of us.

Graduated from Keuka, Family was coming up. Had the best time ever! Family from out of state came out to graduation. And now they go to the finger lakes every year. It was the best thing for all of us. House was AMAZING!!! Looking at renting it again for my bachelorette weekend

September 2019 Stay

Our group of 14 loved our stay ay Memory Lane. The house had plenty of space for our entire group for meals and relaxing in the living area. The lake views from the decks were amazing. We enjoyed having use of the kayaks and canoe. We also made use of the fire pit with nightly campfires. It was convenient to be within walking distance of Top of the Lake restaurant and Morgan Marina. We enjoyed a round of golf at Lakeside Country Club which is only a few minutes down the road. Visited some local wineries and breweries. We also went to Watkins Glen and hiked the gorge trail. Overall we had a fantastic week on Kueka Lake!

June 2018 Stay

Memory Lane was all that we expected! It was our wedding weekend and we were able to stay with friends and family comfortably! The kids never got bored and had a great time swimming, kayaking, fishing, and paddle boating!! Lots of space for everyone to eat, relax, hang out both inside and out!

While staying at Memory Lane we spoke to other friends in Cleveland and recommended it to them for their summer family trip...they are booked June 24-July 1. We could not have been happier with Memory Lane! Worked perfectly for our group of college friends. Well appointed, well equipped and extremely comfortable!

Beautiful home with outstanding views. We stayed recently for a graduation celebration with family and friends from several states. All were very comfortable and fell in love with the house, Keuka Lake, and the surrounding area. Highly recommend staying here.

My friends and their families rented this beautiful home on Lake Keuka in Penn Yan for a college reunion. We had 11 adults and 7 children, age 4 and younger. This house had plenty of room for everyone, and we never felt cramped. Each family had their own room and most had their own bathroom. The main living area is open concept so we could be in the kitchen and still have a conversation with those in the living room. The outdoor decks and fire pit area are well maintained and great for gathering, and the lake access is wonderful. Working with the property manager was easy, seamless and organized. The town of Penn Yan is about 5 minutes away. There are vineyards and a brewery in very close proximity, and there is a playground walking distance from the house. We'd love to rent this house year after year, however most of us had a very long drive, which was difficult with small children, so we will most likely rent something closer to where most of us live next year. If we could pick up the house and move it closer we would, that's how much we liked it.

Additional comments: Memory Lane is the perfect lake house. Everything needed by our 12 member three-generation family was provided. We made use of the canoe, kayaks and paddle boats. We had a campfire in the wonderful fire pit. We slept well in the comfortable beds - not one complaint. The kitchen was well-stocked; I even baked a coffeecake while there with pan provided! We ate, visited and played cards on the upper deck which had so many chairs, settees and tables! There were even soft throws to snuggle in on the comfortable large sofas! It was a GREAT vacation!

Wow! Wow! Wow! This was the best vacation ever. We have a large family and we get together every summer for a weeks vacation. We found Memory Lane and it certainly was aptly named. Memory Lane acommendated 22 family members very comfortably. Great dining area with lots of seating for a large family. Plenty of dishes, bowls etc. The washer and dryer came in very handy with so many kids. The bedrooms were plentiful with lots of dresser drawers and closet space. Great outdoor seating between the 2 decks. Many places we have stayed over the years never have enough garbage receptables. Well, we had plenty. Gorgeous view of the Lake as well as beautiful sunsets. Dock, boat hoist, kayaks and paddle boat were terrific. There was plenty of parking, great yard for kids to play games in and very close to grocery store. This place was heaven. Hated to leave it. I can't find a thing that wasn't perfect about this property.
