This three-story, eight bedroom, five-and-a-half bathroom home is spacious enough to allow for all your vacationing family and friends to enjoy the wonderful benefits of lakeside living. Make yourself right at home in this unforgettable lakeside masterpiece! One stay at Memory Lane will have you choosing this grand Finger Lakes home year after year.

As you enter this modern retreat you will be welcomed into the sitting room in the rear. This area is the perfect place to sit and enjoy your morning cup of coffee! To the left, you will be enveloped into the grandiose main living area. An open kitchen is to your right, and the dining and living room are facing the lake. This large, open space is the perfect place for everyone to sit together and enjoy each other’s company. Multiple sliding glass doors lead from the living room to the beautiful wrap-around porch. The main level also has a large master bedroom, housing a king size bed, beautiful views of the lake, and a full bathroom with shower/tub combo, sink and commode. An additional half bath is located in the rear next to the sitting room.

The second floor offers three additional bedrooms. The roadside bedroom has two twin beds and a closet. The two bedrooms with lake views provide queen size beds. A shared bathroom off the hallway has a shower/tub combo, commode and sink.

The stairs in the rear of the main living area lead to the lower level. Here you will find the family room with comfortable furniture and a large flat screen television, great for children or adults looking for some quiet time away from the group. To the right are two lakeside master suites. Each suite is equipped with queen size beds, sliding glass doors that lead out to the lower deck, and an ensuite bath room with shower stall, commode and sink. To the left of the family room there are two additional bedrooms and a full bath. The first bedroom is equipped with two sets of bunk beds and a queen size bed, perfect for all ages of children. The second bedroom features a queen size bed. The common bathroom has a shower stall, commode and sink.

The lakeside deck and patio both have access to the lakefront via a set of stairs to the north. Natural breakwall lakefront, shallow along the shoreline, is ideal for children of all ages. A seasonal dock and boat hoist are provided for guests’ use, and the marina down the street offers launching, boat rentals and even gas for your boat – No boat? This property also has non-motorized watercraft available for your use.

Memory Lane is conveniently located within a mile to Penn Yan, directly on the Keuka Lake Wine Trail. Morgan Marine is a mere .3 miles north, well within walking distance, along with Red Jacket Park, where children can enjoy the well-equipped playground and life guard overseen swimming. Just to the north of the park is Top of The Lake Restaurant, where guests can enjoy fine dining on the water. Located near several popular wineries and area attractions, this property is the perfect choice for your annual family reunion or couple’s retreat.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.

House is very spacious at a great location.

Would be even better probably in the summer time but we had some decent days and got to enjoy the deck and views. Cleanliness could use a little bit a work but overall this was a great house for a big group.

September 2019 Stay

Our group of 14 loved our stay ay Memory Lane. The house had plenty of space for our entire group for meals and relaxing in the living area. The lake views from the decks were amazing. We enjoyed having use of the kayaks and canoe. We also made use of the fire pit with nightly campfires. It was convenient to be within walking distance of Top of the Lake restaurant and Morgan Marina. We enjoyed a round of golf at Lakeside Country Club which is only a few minutes down the road. Visited some local wineries and breweries. We also went to Watkins Glen and hiked the gorge trail. Overall we had a fantastic week on Kueka Lake!

Memory Lane was all that we expected! It was our wedding weekend and we were able to stay with friends and family comfortably! The kids never got bored and had a great time swimming, kayaking, fishing, and paddle boating!! Lots of space for everyone to eat, relax, hang out both inside and out!

My friends and their families rented this beautiful home on Lake Keuka in Penn Yan for a college reunion. We had 11 adults and 7 children, age 4 and younger. This house had plenty of room for everyone, and we never felt cramped. Each family had their own room and most had their own bathroom. The main living area is open concept so we could be in the kitchen and still have a conversation with those in the living room. The outdoor decks and fire pit area are well maintained and great for gathering, and the lake access is wonderful. Working with the property manager was easy, seamless and organized. The town of Penn Yan is about 5 minutes away. There are vineyards and a brewery in very close proximity, and there is a playground walking distance from the house. We'd love to rent this house year after year, however most of us had a very long drive, which was difficult with small children, so we will most likely rent something closer to where most of us live next year. If we could pick up the house and move it closer we would, that's how much we liked it.

We had a campfire in the wonderful fire pit. We slept well in the comfortable beds - not one complaint. The kitchen was well-stocked; I even baked a coffeecake while there with pan provided! We ate, visited and played cards on the upper deck which had so many chairs, settees and tables! There were even soft throws to snuggle in on the comfortable large sofas! It was a GREAT vacation!

Wow! Wow! Wow! This was the best vacation ever. We have a large family and we get together every summer for a weeks vacation. We found Memory Lane and it certainly was aptly named. Memory Lane acommendated 22 family members very comfortably. Great dining area with lots of seating for a large family. Plenty of dishes, bowls etc. The washer and dryer came in very handy with so many kids. The bedrooms were plentiful with lots of dresser drawers and closet space. Great outdoor seating between the 2 decks. Many places we have stayed over the years never have enough garbage receptables. Well, we had plenty. Gorgeous view of the Lake as well as beautiful sunsets. Dock, boat hoist, kayaks and paddle boat were terrific. There was plenty of parking, great yard for kids to play games in and very close to grocery store. This place was heaven. Hated to leave it. I can't find a thing that wasn't perfect about this property.
