For extra sleeping space, the sofa in this living area is a queen sleeper sofa.

The full kitchen offers lake-facing views and is stocked with everything you need to prepare your favorite cuisine, including serene grey cabinetry, crisp white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, blender, microwave, bar seating, and much more. The modern dining table seats your group comfortably and leads to sliding glass doors that open to the lakeside balcony. Downstairs on the middle level, you’ll find two king bedrooms, both featuring a Dreamcloud luxury mattress and comfortable bedding. Both bedrooms offer lake views, and one boasts a private balcony with two comfy chairs, perfect for enjoying spectacular sunrise views.

The lowest level of this Finger Lakes vacation rental is where you and your guests are sure to want to be! A third king bedroom with a Dreamcloud luxury mattress and lake view are located on this floor, as well as a game room and an additional full bathroom with a shower. Perfect for families or groups, the game room is equipped with a poker/game table, leather sofa, checker board, chess board, Wifi, a wet bar with refrigerator and sink, smart TV, and an electric fireplace.

A stone staircase leads to the lower-level patio where you’ll find a BBQ grill, dining table and firepit, offering a perfect setting for a lakeside cookout. Grill juicy steaks on the grill, roast marshmallows over the fire for dessert, and enjoy the serene surroundings before heading back indoors. Take the stairs down to the dock, where you can enjoy direct access to the waters of Cayuga Lake. From here, you can paddle around the lake in the provided kayaks, sunbathe on the dock, or swim to your heart’s content.

Since this lake home is conveniently located, plenty of Finger Lakes regional activities are right at your fingertips. Enjoy walking the canal front in downtown Seneca Falls, New York. The maximum occupancy stated on this listing is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time, including infants and children. This includes both day and overnight guests, no exceptions.

3. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
