The customer service of FLPP turned a very bad situation into a very good situation, which also turned around our vacation and our attitude towards the company. FLPP customer service surprised us with their quick response once the original property issue was diagnosed and identified and they provided a great alternate property for us to complete our vacation and make a much more enjoyable and memorable time for us at the lake.

I would stay at this home again in a heartbeat. Everything was perfect for me and my three boys. The yard provided so much room for us to set up a badminton net, have a campfire and pay catch and any other games we wanted. The covered porch was perfect for all meals and to sit and read. Everything was clean and wonderful.

This is a great place to stay on the lake. It is perfectly located to visit area wineries and other amenities. There is plenty of room and it is nicely appointed with everything you might need. Parking is great unlike some lakefront properties with steep stairs that need to be navigated with luggage, etc. we are already planning next year’s trip.
