The interior is beautifully decorated with a “Pottery Barn” feel, and adorned with double-planked hardwood floors throughout. The living room features a beautiful stone, gas fireplace, comfortable seating and a flat screen TV. The spacious kitchen is the perfect blend of rustic and modern charm, featuring new counter tops and sink, plus a new stainless-steel refrigerator/freezer. A chic formal dining room/sunroom is one of the many spots to gather together and has a great view of the lake. A full bath with shower and washer/dryer is also located on the first floor.

You will find all three bedrooms located on the second level. Beautifully decorated with modern fixtures and delicate touches, each room has its own unique feel. The double bedroom features a private bathroom with shower.

Enjoy the lake with a glass of your favorite Finger Lakes wine from the large outdoor patio surrounded by lovely raised flowerbeds. Unwind and wade in the gradual lakefront, or take the canoe and kayaks out for an exciting lake adventure!

This property sits at the very South end of Conesus Lake, which means you are one of few that get to enjoy magnificent views all the way up the lake!

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.

1. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
2. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
3. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.

The cottage was clean, neat and comfortable. Also, the view of the lake was beautiful. However, the eel grass was so densely populated around the dock that it made it impossible for us to fish or swim off the dock.

Important- clear bathroom door

I have been renting cottages in the Finger Lakes for many years. This was our first time renting with Finger Lakes Premier Properties and it will be our last. The cottage states no pets but there was clear evidence pets have been there. There was pet hair and dog food under the black leather chair and under the couch. The entire cottage has not been cleaned in some time. This was evident by the abundance of cobwebs found in multiple corners inside the cottage, the sliding glass door tracks were filthy, cobwebs on the ceiling, floors have not been mopped filth under all tables, couches, beds, etc. The filter in the window AC unit in the main bedroom was black and the front was covered in dust. The most important note to advise potential renters at Reel Simple is the door to the bathroom located on the second floor. That door is CLEAR!!! We are all baffled as to why someone would put a CLEAR door on a bathroom. There is zero privacy. Baffling. There were multiple ants and spiders inside the cottage. The sheer curtains are dirty. The Adirondack chairs outside are old with splinters making them unusable. The cushions located in the deck box were dirty and covered with bugs. I did call a few times upon arrival and the second day for other items. Each time was told they couldn’t hear me. This place needs a deep clean from top to bottom and side to side. All over.

Overall the stay is exactly what we wanted. My family rents the house two doors down so it is nice to be so close them. Our kids had so much fun and would like to return next year. We ran into an issue with garbage pick up and some animals got into the garbage, but we contacted Finger lakes properties and it was taken care of within 24 hours.

The house interior and exterior were amazing.

Very nice furniture indoor and outdoor, nice walkway that goes out over the water for fishing or viewing nature, Plenty of space given the separate kitchen/Living room/Dining room, master suite with included full bath was an excellent touch. Appliances were very clean, and we very much enjoyed the gift bag left for us including the multi-spice shaker, delicious for sprinkling on pizza.

The check in process was extremely easy, the home was immaculate and clean upon arrival. The views are gorgeous. The only few cons which would not prevent me from staying are the mattresses were uncomfortable, the neighbors are close by and the south end of the lake gets more seaweed as the summer goes on. Overall it was a great stay and would absolutely consider staying here again.

Awesome lakeside cottage! It was better than we expected! They were right about the family room. It has a great view and we ate most of our meals there! Cottage was very comfortable and close to the activities that we had planned! Would definitely come back!
