Description
Perched high above the eastern shore of Seneca Lake, Seneca Vista offers breathtaking panoramic views of the lake, rolling vineyard-covered hillsides, and some of the most spectacular sunsets in the Finger Lakes. Whether you're planning a family vacation, a couples' getaway, or a wine country retreat with friends, this spacious five-bedroom home provides the perfect setting to relax, reconnect, and soak in the beauty of the region.
Step inside to the main-level great room, where an open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room create a warm and welcoming gathering space. Floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors frame the incredible lake views, filling the home with natural light and making Seneca Lake the centerpiece of nearly every moment indoors.
The main level features a luxurious primary suite with a king bed, private ensuite bath, a beautifully tiled step-in shower, and a separate soaking tub—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Two additional guest bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed, share a conveniently located hallway bathroom with a step-in tiled shower.
Downstairs, the walkout lower level offers a naturally cool retreat with polished concrete floors and an additional living space ideal for movie nights, games, or simply relaxing. Two more bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations for larger groups. One bedroom features a queen bed along with a twin-over-twin bunk bed, making it perfect for families. The second bedroom includes two king beds separated by a half wall, offering a touch of privacy while still maintaining an open, spacious feel.
Outside, the scenery truly steals the show. The expansive upper deck offers two dining tables that each seat eight guests. Keep them separate for smaller gatherings or combine them for memorable family-style meals overlooking the lake. On the lower deck, soak away your cares in the hot tub while taking in the sweeping views of Seneca Lake and the surrounding vineyards.
Ideally located in the heart of Finger Lakes wine country, Seneca Vista is just minutes from award-winning wineries, craft breweries, and local restaurants. Spend your days touring nearby vineyards, catching a race at Watkins Glen International, hiking the iconic Watkins Glen State Park, or exploring the charming shops and waterfront of downtown Watkins Glen before returning home to one of the most unforgettable views in the Finger Lakes.
From sunrise coffee on the deck to evenings spent beneath the stars, Seneca Vista is the perfect place to create lasting memories.
