The entry level centers around an open kitchen featuring high wood cabinetry, a double oven and a large island with seating for three, making it easy to gather and stay connected during meal prep. Nearby, a formal dining table comfortably seats six, perfect for family dinners, holidays, and game nights.

Two distinct living areas offer flexibility for everyone in the group. A casual living space provides a relaxed spot for everyday lounging, while the formal living room features a gas fireplace and a stunning wall to wall windows, filling the home with natural light and beautiful lake views.

Upstairs, three bedrooms and two full baths are available. The east-facing bedroom, decorated in a fun candy theme, is especially appealing for younger travelers—kids will love the playful décor and bunk bed setup. A hall bath with a shower/tub combination serves this space. To the west, two bedrooms with king beds offer a more private retreat. These rooms share a lake-facing balcony, an ideal spot to unwind and take in spectacular Canandaigua Lake sunsets. The primary bedroom includes an ensuite bath with a stand-up shower and a relaxing jacuzzi tub, creating a true owner-style retreat.

Outdoors, guests can make the most of lake living with 50 feet of breakwall and a permanent dock (allows one boat to tie up), perfect for swimming, boating, fishing, or simply soaking in the views.
