A comfortable sofa shares the space in the living area with a grand decorative stone fireplace. The ambiance the fireplace brings to the great room is breathtaking and may even compete with the view of Keuka Lake.
To the far side of the room where wall-to-wall windows allow the views of Keuka Lake to be enjoyed sun up until sun down, there is an extended dining room table that makes mealtime easy and fun when you're with family and friends.
Completing the main house you’ll find two of the four bedrooms, one with a king bed and lake views and the second with a queen bed and garden view. One of the two bathrooms is just off the hallway to the kitchen and offers a walk-in stone shower.
The guest house studio home is just steps away from the main house door. A pebble path leads the way. Once you’ve arrived at the studio home, a wooden pergola and stone patio greet you. The studio is perfect for a couple and offers a queen bed with chaise lounge; perfect for reading a book and relaxing for the afternoon.
Another pebble path leads the way to the ensuite guest house. Once inside, a king bed with cozy living area and custom-built bar can be found. The bathroom offers a walk-in stone shower.
Outdoor entertainment and relaxing is easy at Steinnhus. Whether you're spending time on the balcony off the main house, enjoying the shade under the balcony on the guest suite, or sitting on the studio guest house pergola soaking up the views of Keuka Lake, there is not a space at this home that won't capture your heart and create a fond memory!
A flight of gradual wooden stairs lead down to the lakefront where a large permanent dock for hanging out, fishing or sun bathing is available. Enjoy lunch at the picnic table!
Each day at Steinnhus will be an adventure: whether you're running and playing on the shore, spending time in the cool waters of Keuka Lake, or exploring the area around you.
