Following a complete remodeling of the original home, the owners added a 1,700 square foot third floor in 2020.

Proceed into the downstairs living room where you’ll find a comfortable sitting area, TV and Arcade machine. A full bathroom with washer and dryer is also on this level. There are also 2 other living rooms located on the 2nd and 3rd floors all with exquisite views of the lake. An additional washer and dryer are located on the 3rd floor.

Throughout Summer Cove, seven bedrooms are yours to choose from. Each bedroom offers window air conditioning, flat screen TV’s and are decorated with both comfort and luxury in mind. Whether you have a lake view, or garden view you simply cannot lose. Relaxation is key while on vacation! The outdoor living area at Summer Cove is one-of-a-kind offering two balconies and a lower-level patio that's perfect for escaping the warm Finger Lakes afternoons. The waterfront is complete with 110 ft of Keuka Lake shoreline, 2 docks - one for boating and one for fishing, with a large sit on dock with comfortable seating to be used close to the water's edge. Enjoy BBQ gatherings, soaking in the hot tub, sunning on the dock and some of the best views Keuka Lake has to offer.

Summer Cove is ideally situated along the east side of Keuka Lake and just minutes away from downtown Penn Yan where you'll find local favorites like the Water Street Wine Bar, The Union Block, and Seneca Farms Ice Cream. Consider yourself lucky when you're only five miles from the summer revelry of the Switzerland Inn, and a mere twenty-minute drive south to the 2012 voted "coolest small town" in America, Hammondsport, NY. This Keuka Lake home is centrally located in one of Upstate New York's most beautiful and memorable environments.
