Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.

It was a beautiful, spacious and very well maintained and equipped house for our yearly tradition of renting on lovely Lake Keuka. We have been on this property the last 3 years.

My extended family was extremely impressed with the lake house. Believe me, if there was something wrong, they are not afraid to complain. You received a 100% satisfaction from all. We really enjoyed our stay and our only regret was that it was too short! The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked. Found every single utensil, pot, dish, bowl we were looking for in any size you could ask for.

This is our vacation home...we have 5 grown children who are all married with several grand children...these two houses fit our needs perfectly and we feel right at home. The additional large pots and pans and serving items were especially appreciated. We rented this two years ago and then again this summer...we will definitely look to rent this same house next time we are up to the Finger Lakes (every other year). This is a perfect beach set up."
