Check out this stunning and luxurious 3+ bedroom Cayuga Lake House! Upon entry into the rear foyer, guests will be greeted with a spectacular view of Cayuga Lake through the windows of the great room. To the left is the first bedroom, featuring a queen bed and a private en suite bathroom with an oversized tile shower. To the right is another bedroom with a queen bed along with its own en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The wide hallway opens up into the great room, featuring a wall of sliding glass doors and chalet style windows to accentuate the stunning view of the lake. Hardwood floors and relaxing colors enhance the feeling of serenity and luxury. A large sectional with Samsung smart TV is available for enjoying a movie or a glass of wine at the end of a busy day. Guests can watch their favorite programs using the TV apps and their accounts (Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max etc.). High speed, fiberoptic internet is available for streaming to personal devices or for those needing to work while on vacation.

The dining table seats 8 and is directly next to the spacious, elegant kitchen. Walk out any of the sliding glass doors onto the beautiful deck, where you can oversee the waterfront activities or share a meal in style. A half bath is conveniently located in the rear of the great room.

The spectacular loft bedroom offers the best view in the house via large, chalet windows. A king size bed faces the lake to accentuate the lake view. Motorized sun blocking shades offer a welcome respite for late morning sleepers. Keep the shades down until you’re rested and ready to start your day of Finger Lakes adventures! A huge en suite bathroom features a Jacuzzi style bathtub and separate oversized shower.

The lower level features a game room with pool table and a walk out via sliding glass doors to the hot tub on the covered deck. A fourth bedroom just off the game room offers sleeping for 4, with a bunk bed featuring full size mattresses. A full bathroom with shower is at the end of the hall.

Just off the lower level deck is a beautiful stone patio and firepit, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals or a relaxing evening enjoying the company of friends and family. The lakefront features a large deck/dock that reaches out over the water and a large boat hoist for your boat.

Located near several nice wineries and a short drive to Ithaca, The Lily Pad is convenient to many area attractions, while still providing guests with wooded privacy and elegant accommodations.

**If the power goes out, no need to worry! A 24KW Generac generator with an automatic transfer switch will keep everything running so you don’t have to miss out on any of your vacation stay

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.

This is an amazing home. Beautiful sun rises and great lakeside deck to relax on (along with plenty of books to read while you’re enjoying it). Gorgeous views

House and location are beautiful! Very clean and we had a great time. Be mindful not to accidentally pull into the neighbors driveway, my husband did and she ran out of the house flipping out. It was a honest mistake. Besides Karen we had an amazing time with beautiful views.

(This is not a master for late-sleepers!) Home is well appointed, clean and teenager-friendly. A storage shed on the dock houses extra chairs, floats and two fishing poles (not noted on the listing). The stairs to the dock are steep, but manageable and well lit in the evening. The owners obviously care about the guest experience, and have done their best to create a high-end destination on the lake.

Absolutely Stunning Cayuga Lake House!

Beautiful lakefront property, nicely decorated, sparkling clean, and with many amenities. We came to spend some family time together when travel and tourism don't feel safe, and this was a lovely spot to gather and enjoy the view from the decks and the dock. The kitchen is amazingly well-equipped and spacious, so we did a lot of cooking and baking. Almost a shame, because in normal times this area has a number of restaurants we would try.

2019 Family Vacation

June 2019 Stay

This vacation rental was perfect for our girls weekend at the local wineries. The house was stunning with a lake view in almost every room of the house. There are plenty of private and communal spaces to relax, and the house was staged like a 5-Star hotel. Everything was so clean and tidy.

The house exceeded our expectations. The property was beautiful, well maintained inside and out. The beds and bedding was very comfortable, which I find to be one of the biggest challenges when staying at rental houses. It was great to have indoor entertainment with the pool table, chess board and covered patio when it rained. All in all a house I would rent again.

Our family, which represented a wide range of ages, was interested in a quiet vacation retreat where we could reconnect. The Lily Pad was the perfect fit. The approach, a private winding gravel road, led to a newly constructed lakeside house perched on a bluff. The property was incredible! Expansive walls of glass blended the natural beauty of Cayuga Lake with interior decor pallet of subtle neutral tones. Sunrise from the loft was breathtaking. The house was immaculate and tastefully decorated. The sounds of water breaking on the shoreline were overheard. The property was full of entertaining amenities including a hot tub, fire pit, state of the art grill, and billiard table. Puzzles, board games and DVDs were available. There were several floors and secluded areas allowing our party to comfortably convene, as well as, retreat. The dock was equipped to accommodate large and small watercraft. We put in canoes and kayaks and hired a private boat charter to pick us up for a tour of the lake. We also fished from the dock and our Uncle Stan was a fixture on its Adirondack chairs. There was plenty within reach outside the property too. We hiked, wine tasted, attended a NASCAR race, toured Cornell U., and dined out. The Lily Pad is highly recommended!
