Nice property, very clean and well appointed with household/kitchen item. Only thing that was odd was the fact that the lower level, with full bath and bedroom, is only accessible from the outside, didn't get this information from the listing description.

My husband and I, along with two other couples, stayed at the house in October. It was an amazing trip. The house was clean and well stocked. The house was comfortable for 6 adults; however we had beautiful weather and spent most time outside. If we had t

Loved the house, loved the location. We have a small dog so going somewhere that s pet friendly is important to us. I picked the east side of the lake so we could watch the sunsets but watching the sun come up in the morning was just as entertaining. The deck upstairs was great the patio downstairs was very nice I spent most mornings there reading. We cooked dinner every night for 5 adults plenty of room in the great room for that. Location was fine 10 minutes to Penn Yan and maybe 20 minutes to Hammondsport. We rented a pontoon boat one day , visited several wineries and some of our group used the kayaks. Plenty of outside chairs , plenty of water equiptment. All in all our group had a great time

This property was clean with nice finishes, the beds were very comfortable, and they maximized the space well with sleeper sofas. The location provides access to lots of options and overall we found this to be a great property. However, it was smaller than expected and the lower level was only accessible from outside. The stone steps into the water were so slippery they were very dangerous. All in all, we would not recommend this property for young families. The porch on the main floor is incredible! We spent so much time there.

We had a wonderful time at Tug Boat Inn and Keuka Lake. The property was perfect size and setup for us and our two small dogs. Thanks for the bikes too - that was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again. We didn't want to leave.

The property is well decorated and maintained. The bag of goodies from flpp is a nice touch. The parking is a little tight but there is room on the other side of the road to park. Excellent venue!

We had an amazing stay at the Tug Boat Inn. We pretty much spent the entire vacation on the porch (when we weren't out on the water). We do have a few minor things. 1. While the Kitchen was well stocked and worked very nicely the Kitchen Knives were extremely dull. Making it difficult to prepare meals. 2. We did have a minor issue with the dock. I rented a 21' pontoon, not realizing that the boat lift and the angle the dock was placed made it difficult for a boating novice to dock the boat. I did manage it with no damage to the boat or dock, but It might be worth a note somewhere. Otherwise the house was Wonderful and we didn't want to leave even after 2 weeks.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tug Boat. It was perfect for the two of us and our dog. When our sister and brother in law joined us later in the week, they also enjoyed the stay, including their lake level bedroom. Thank you!

Although a bit smaller then we had expected in person, the property was nicely updated with a strong efficient air conditioning unit, more hot water than you could ever use and a nice big dock with crystal clear water for swimming and enjoying. The excellent sunset views off the beautiful covered porches was an added bonus.

It was a beautiful home. I only don't give it an excellent because there are a lot of stairs and you have to go outside to get to one of the bedrooms. But, all in all, it is a great vacation home.
