Step inside and you’ll find upscale lake charm décor throughout.  The open concept allows easy entertainment and wonderful gathering spaces. Walk through the main family room to find the modern kitchen complete with a center island, perfect for the chef to still enjoy everyone’s company while preparing savory dishes. The Keurig will will help get you going in the morning and the long dining table with one bench provides the perfect lakeview space for family meals and game nights.

The master bedroom is located on the entry level of this home and is equipped with a King size bed.  Just down the hall, the entry level bathroom is sparkling with new white tile with the perfect vintage touches.

A narrow stairwell leads you upstairs where you’ll find two additional bedrooms comfortably furnished with one Queen and two full size beds. The second level also has an additional bathroom with beautiful tile and glass shower doors with black metal accents. 

Outside you will find a beautiful shale stone beach for sunbathing and launching a kayak or paddleboard. The gradual beach allows easy access into the crystal waters of Seneca Lake along with the ability for little ones to splash in the shallow waters. This is also where you will find a firepit for evening fires and Smores. The 60 ft permanent dock is ideal for casting your fishing pole and features an electric boat lift with a 2500 lb capacity.

This home is perfectly situated a short drive from some of the most iconic destinations, trendy dining options, and a plethora of award-winning wineries.  Travel South to hike the popular Watkins Glen Gorge where you can hike over, alongside and even under waterfalls.  Head North to Geneva for dinner on Linden Street, but it may be difficult to choose which delicious restaurant to try. Along both routes you’ll find a variety of wineries and breweries all with unique blends and picturesque tasting rooms. This vacation home is also just minutes away from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and so much more.
