Looking for the perfect lake home for a small family, or couples retreat?! Nestled along the eastern shore of Seneca Lake where the wineries are abundant, you’ll find Willow Cove.

A country kitchen stocked with all the necessary cooking and baking ware allows your group to dine in for a night or two when you’re not out enjoying some of the local flavors of the Finger Lakes. Around the corner, a decorative fireplace makes for a beautiful focal point in the room.

Two bedrooms offer cozy sleeping retreats for your group, and a third room with futon allow for overflow sleeping. Retreat each evening and wake up feeling rested, and ready to take on your next day in the Finger Lakes!

Outside, a wraparound deck, long yard and 75 foot of lakefront are yours to enjoy! Bring your favorite yard games, or enjoy fishing off the permanent dock, or sunbathing the afternoon away. If the water is calm enough, take the canoe or kayak out for a paddle!

Award winning wineries are abundant, and within a close drive. Spend the day tasting at local favorites like Three Brothers Winery, or Ventosa Vineyards. Or, pop into the new craft brewer; Bottomless Brewing for a pint of one of their beer on taps. Call and make your reservation today!

The location of this property was fantastic. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. The beds were comfortable. The 2 air conditioners did cool the house.

Great lake house stay

The property location is wonderful, and the house is very comfortable. We had a great time using the kayaks and canoe for the weekend and especially enjoyed the sunset on the lake! Thank you for providing life jackets, and you should really advertise the fire pit! We had a nice fire Friday night and made s'mores. The property management was very responsive and helpful. 5/5 stars!!!

Saranac Getaway

Could not have asked for a nicer property for our vacation. We come down to the area for the Watkins Glen race and enjoy staying in the area. This property was incredible. The lake view from the house and the dock were awesome. The house had everything we could ask for and we would love to stay there again.

The location of the property is beautiful! Next to the lake. Spending time outdoors is great at this place. We had to move some tables and chairs to the lawn to get a nice sun downer. It would have been nice is some effort was spend on maintaining the garden. Inside the house it is quite dark, not enough day light. We had changing weather but enjoyed the view on the lake and spending some time there ( swimming, canoeing)

Wine weekend

Great house & location. Private, quiet, restful, beautiful views and everything you need (except a wine opener) to have a fun visit with friends. Ate breakfasts outside, visited wineries, and enjoyed music, scenery and conversation at the end of the day. We would happily stay again.

Great location, easy to find and right on the water!

I stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate my cousin's daughter's 21st birthday. There were four of us and the house was perfect for us! The layout was easy and every room was so peaceful and cozy. If you book this house, you need to watch the clock in the living room upon the hour, it plays music and moves in a magical way. This was a pleasant surprise for us! Additionally, a shout out to FLPP as we arrived 40 minutes prior to CI and they updated the key code so we could go in the house early. We will be back!!

Great family birthday weekend

Relaxing Get Away

This is a spacious, clean, nicely appointed home with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We loved the long dock with the two sturdy Adirondack chairs to watch the beautiful sunsets. The kayaks and canoe were in good condition and we enjoyed using them on the water. Overall, we would stay here again.

Tranquil, quiet, peaceful

Wonderful little lake house for our small family. House was incredibly clean when we checked in. Walk out to water was a bit tricky for our little two; however, we managed fine and enjoyed swimming. Close to everything we needed, including some groceries, local wineries/breweries, as well as areas for our little boys to play at. Neighborhood was quaint and quiet. Property management was SO pleasant to work with when we had a concern. Would love to come back and stay again!

Halcyon Lacustrine Sojourn

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely cottage on the lake. As Goldilocks would say it was not too big, not too small. Just right fit our party of 3. All was clean, orderly and comfortable. The area was quiet and well maintained. Large old trees provided shade for the ample deck and, unlike neighboring houses, the dock had a seating area where we could read, work crosswords or just watch the sunset as the gentle waves lapped around us. And we were just a few easy minutes from all the amenities of Geneva. Relaxation was had in abundance.

Great experience right on Senaca Lake

Relaxing and fun girls trip. The home was even nicer than we expected. Pictures don’t do it justice. Equipped with everything we needed. Extremely clean and comfortable. Right on the lake with amazing sunset views. Close to a few wineries so you don’t have to travel far if you don’t want to.
