We have stayed at over half a dozen houses in the finger lakes over the last 20 years.  This house is top or our list.  One of the best features were the two pages of information in plastic stand up frames about where things could be found and how to do things in the house.  These are rare today and made our transition to living here for a week very easy.  House was well equipped, clean, plenty of seating inside and on the deck for 9 of us, everything we needed to cook all week, appliances which work reliably and more.  It was a perfect house for us and we’ve already reserved for 2024

This was our second year at Willow Landing and it was even better this time around. The home is beautiful and comfortable for our group which included three families and children ranging from ages 3 to 12. The layout of the home is perfect for gathering together, but also offers plenty of places to have some quiet time on your own. The beach area is gorgeous and private. The owner of the property is so kind and helpful. We really couldn't be happier with FLPP and Willow Landing! Can't wait for next year!

Very relaxing atmosphere! We spent every night on the deck and at the fire pit. Being lakefront was truly amazing. We felt that we had an adequate amount of privacy.

Outdoor Cleanliness

We were there 5-6 years ago. Only thing that I could recommend was cleaning up a little better OUTSIDE . Deck sweeping , cobwebs and sweeping/cleaning needed behind grill and along where deck meets the house and downstairs outside basement entrance, some weeds along walkways and " beach' area need weed wacked back etc. Inside immaculate and we would come back again for sure .

Overpriced

Nice property and we enjoyed the lake, however, we felt it was overpriced for our experience. The deck was full of cobwebs and we had to kill quite a few spiders inside of the house including black widows. Downstairs it was cold and the fan was on full speed with the light on, the chain was broken so we couldn't turn the fan off without turning the light off. The kitchen could have had all the spices and oils needed for cooking with what we paid. We would enjoy coming back, but it was just too expensive for what we experienced.

We had such a wonderful stay at Willow Landing!

The home was perfect for our group, which included five adults and four kids, ages 7 - 16. The home was very comfortable and impeccably clean. There was plenty of space for us all to enjoy some peace and quiet, but also plenty of gathering space, too. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals and we loved the open floor plan so we could all be together. The kids loved the first level and the ping pong table! The deck is gorgeous and offers a beautiful view. The beach area was our very favorite place to be, of course, and we appreciated the privacy of the location. The firepit was also amazing and gave us a perfect place to spend time together each night. Overall, we were thrilled with our stay and couldn't love this place more! We had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Fred, who was so kind and helpful. Thank you to Fred, Karen, and the entire FLPP team for making our vacation on Keuka this year one of the best ones yet!

AMAZING LAKEFRONT STAY!!!!!

We had an absolutely awesome time on our annual family lake house trip! We had a large group of family all stay together with plenty of rooms and beds for all to sleep comfortably. We had some rainy weather but that didn’t stop a great time due to the games and ping pong table at the house. The water access was perfect for kayaking and paddle boarding and we docked our boat right at the house which made going out fishing a breeze! Fred the owner was absolutely a pleasure and super attentive with any question we had. He even gave us the inside scoop on where the great fishing is.

Friends Getaway

6 couples rented this wonderful home this fall to visit the wine country. The house was so accommodating to all the bedrooms, bathrooms and outdoor fire pit for our evening entertainment Would definitely rent this home again!!!

Fall Vacation

Loved the property. Having the sheets and towels wrapped upon entering the house was a plus. The property was nicer then we expected. Overall everything was super clean and the property was amazing. We had a wonderful time and will definitely recommend the house and look for more premier properties in the future.

Excellent location… grounds maintenance lacking

Awesome location, clean inside. Only issue was that the trees and grounds in general had not been trimmed. Views from inside and on deck could / should be improved by trimming sucker branch growth on the Oak trees growing in between lake and house. A little selective / minor pruning would really improve views and my general impression of the property.

Beautiful

very very beautiful place, clean, fully equipped, the lake is just amazing. Close to boating hubs. There are two kayaks in the house and plenty of life jackets. The owner is great wonderful person who makes sure everything is going well for you and your family. We loved the place so much and we can't wait to come back. We were sad when we left. Thanks for having us.

We had a wonderful time at Willow Landing. Our group was two families, with 4 adults and 3 children under 6. This home was perfect for a group this size and allows for flexible sleeping arrangements if kids want to sleep in the same room or have separate rooms. The kitchen is very functional with excellent cooking utensils, so you can easily cook all your meals if you wish. The location on the lake is wonderful. The property has two kayaks and they are quite easy to launch from the small beach at the property. Fire pit is in a perfect location for enjoying the cool evenings. Relatively close to Keuka College which is fun, and close to Penn Yan which allows you to easily go shopping. I loved staying on Keuka because you can fairly easily access the entire lake, as well as visit restaurants and sites on Seneca Lake easily. Overall, this is my favorite place to vacation as it is beautiful and restful.

Our family absolutely loved staying at Willow Landing. It was clean and stocked with plenty of kitchen equipment. The grounds are very well maintained and plenty of room for parking. We had a wonderful time there.

We have rented many times on Keuka Lake and Willow Landing is by far the best property we have ever rented. We had the best weather so we were fully able to take advantage of everything Willow Landing had to offer. We enjoyed kayaking, campfires and just sitting and watching the boats go by and the waves roll in. Fred is an excellent owner and he stopped by to introduce himself and let us know he is available if we should need anything. We will definitely be renting Willow Landing again.

This is an amazing house, it was very clean and we love the deck. The fire pit is wonderful I would suggest taking a small ax to split wood if you want to have a fire by the lake. We have stayed at this house for 4 years and it is always extremely well stocked and very very clean Fred is always a help if you need it, even if he has to fix the dock!!!!

Willow Landing
If I could give it six stars, I would. Truly, everything was perfect for a group of 12 which included 4 children under 4. It is a very child- friendly and indeed adult-friendly place. There was lots of space for the four different family groups. The beach area was perfect for the kids, ages 1, 2 1/2 and 4, to play in. The fire pit worked out beautifully - the owner, Fred, provided lots of wood and we split what we needed to with an ax we brought. It was so nice to also be able to use the kayaks. The home was lovely and very comfortable. The kitchen was perfectly outfitted for our group. The area was quiet and East Bluff Road is lovely for biking. Hiking Grimes Glen in Penn Yan and blueberry picking were just some of the highlights. Wineries abound. Whoever set up this house really covered all the bases! It was the perfect vacation rental! Thank you, Fred, for helping us make wonderful family memories.

Willow Landing is amazing this is the 2nd year we stayed here. The house was so clean and well stocked, probably the best we every stayed (and we've stayed at a lot). The fire pit is great and there was a good supply of wood so we did not have to buy any. I would recommend this house.

We loved our stay at this beautiful property. Views of the lake from nearly everywhere in the house, a lovely beach to relax in an adirondack chair or swim in the warm lake, made this one of our favorite rentals ever! Coffee each morning sitting on the deck was a perfect start to the day. Plenty to do in the area from wineries to great food. We loved every minute of our stay and can't wait to return!

I rented Willow Landing to celebrate my dad's 60th birthday. We originally passed the rental, but we were greeted by the home owner, Fred, who was out by the road. He pointed us in the right direction and even left a bottle of local wine in the fridge (thanks Fred!). The place was extremely clean and had plenty of cookware options. The pictures are not deceiving, the view is breathtaking and having our own little beach area was a bonus. Fred checked in a couple times while we were outside and even brought over more firewood for us as we spent all 3 nights out by the fire. All in all, we had a very a comfortable stay- I would definitely recommend Willow Landing!
