With a strong background in hospitality and customer service, Jeni brings a wealth of experience and a warm, welcoming approach to the Finger Lakes Premier Properties team. Prior to joining FLPP, she honed her skills in the travel and entertainment industries, serving as Reservations Manager at Snowmass Hospitality in Snowmass Village, Colorado, and as Box Office/Ticketing Supervisor at the historic Wheeler Opera House in Aspen. She also coordinated group sales at Bristol Mountain Resorts in Canandaigua, NY, developing a deep understanding of the Finger Lakes region and its seasonal tourism rhythms.

Jeni thrives on helping guests plan unforgettable stays and believes in creating experiences that feel both seamless and special. Her attention to detail, paired with a passion for travel and local exploration, make her a valuable asset to both guests and team members alike.  When she's not assisting visitors, Jeni can be found exploring local trails with her dog, crafting handmade soaps, or cheering enthusiastically for the Rochester Americans hockey team.
