Leeann Duncan

Operations Administrator

Leeann has been a valued team member at Finger Lakes Premier Properties for over three years. She began in Guest Care and quickly cross-trained in Housekeeping, Maintenance, Reservations, and Owner Services. This diverse experience now supports her role managing billing and coordinating housekeeping schedules. Her favorite part of working at FLPP is the chance to grow through collaboration and cross-training.

A favorite property of hers is Hygge on Seneca, a nod to her Danish roots and love for family, friends, and happiness. Leeann is also a certified Short-Term Rental Safety Inspector through Breezeway, reinforcing her commitment to guest safety.  With a degree in Health Care Studies, Leeann brings strong time management, organization, and communication skills to her role. Whether assisting guests or homeowners, she ensures a smooth, positive experience with her detail-oriented, customer-first approach.

Outside of work, Leeann enjoys life as a mom to six-year-old twins. In the summer, her family visits a different New York State Park each week with their Empire Pass. She’s also a big football fan—especially of the Buffalo Bills—and loves cheering on her son from the sidelines.
