Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management from East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania, grounding his career in a strong foundation of hospitality operations and guest service.

An Army Veteran with more than 20 years of hotel management experience, Steve has led both independently owned properties and well-known brands, including IHG, Hilton, Wyndham, and Best Western.

That background translates naturally into his role as Operations Manager at Finger Lakes Premier Properties. His steady leadership, operational insight, and respect for the guest experience support the smooth, thoughtful stays FLPP is known for.

Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time with his family, listening to music, and playing basketball.
