Taryn brings a deep sense of care, consistency, and pride to her role as Housekeeping and Inspection Supervisor. She spent 28 years owning and operating a childcare facility, where attention to detail, safety, organization, and high standards were part of everyday life. That foundation naturally carried into hospitality, where she’s spent the past three and a half years leading housekeeping and laundry teams with the same thoughtful oversight and calm reliability.

Rooted in the Finger Lakes and having lived here her entire life, Taryn understands what it means to take care of places that matter. Her background in childcare sharpened her ability to manage teams, maintain quality standards, and notice the small details that make people feel comfortable and at ease—skills that are essential in creating a seamless guest experience.

Outside of work, Taryn enjoys spending time with her family and can often be found baking or cooking something comforting to share.
