Finger Lakes Premier Properties specializes in renting and selling lakefront homes. Our rental services are structured to ensure our owner's properties are well cared for at all times and rental income is maximized. We invest heavily in marketing, reservations, housekeeping, maintenance, and training to ensure we retain our leadership position in the vacation rental industry in the Finger Lakes. Our Owner Services Department and our Property Services Department oversee every aspect of owner support, housekeeping and the ongoing maintenance of your vacation home. The support we provide to our owners is extensive and personal. Each property owner has a direct line to the Director of Owner Services, a secure owner login to access important financial data and a team of 45 professionals on call to respond to questions and to secure guest reservations for their vacation home.
Housekeeping
A key element in a successful vacation rental company is the quality and consistency of its cleaning and housekeeping services. Probably more than anything else, the condition and appearance of a property at arrival is the deciding factor in how well the renter enjoys his or her vacation. Our housekeeping staff is trained to attend to every detail, and we follow a strict system of procedures and inspections to ensure that your property is clean and well maintained at all times. We are members of the Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals Association (VRHP) and the founder has worked with us for three consecutive years during our busy summer and fall months. Our housekeeping staff and inspectors are fully certified.
Maintenance
Our experienced maintenance staff specialize in vacation homes. They can maintain seasonal homes, as well as year round homes. They are trained to provide prompt, efficient and courteous responses to all guest and owner requests. They can readily address home plumbing, heating and electrical repairs and are certified in hot tub and pool maintenance as well. They are employees of Finger Lakes Premier Properties, not sub-contractors, and they are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, year-round. Finger Lakes Premier Properties offers a very cost-effective maintenance program that provides year-round or seasonal maintenance for your property at a very reasonable cost. Knowing your vacation home is being well maintained and that guest calls are being promptly addressed, allows you to enjoy your vacation home and maximize its earning potential.
