Your own private set of sliding glass doors, not only provide you with easy access to the outdoor deck, but a beautiful view as well. These gorgeous sliding glass doors also run from the kitchen all the way down the hallway and lead out to the expansive deck, where you can enjoy your favorite Finger Lakes wine as you look out towards the vineyards across the Lake.
The deck is furnished with a variety of quality patio furniture, including a table with 6 chairs and an umbrella for shade, rocking chairs, and folding chairs. An exterior staircase leads you to the upper deck and the sole entrance to the private Master Suite with plenty of built in closet space. On one side of the built-in is a door leading to a beautiful private shower with blue iridescent tiling. Another door located on the opposite side in leads into a separate half bath. The Master Suite has its very own set of sliding glass doors which lead out to your own private balcony.
Gather on the deck and enjoy the fresh air, or head down to the large beachfront area to enjoy a fire on the beach, relax on the end of the 100' dock, and jump in to make your way over to the swim platform.
This home is conveniently located only 2 miles from Glenora Winery, where you can start your tour of the famous Seneca Lake Wine Trail. Be sure to bring your favorite wine back with you though, as "Avant-garde Seneca" will be the highlight of your vacation!
